Excellent service! They go the extra mile to repair or maintain your vehicle.
My experience was as a cyclist doing the C&O Canal Trail, with a flat tire a few miles short of the Paw Paw Tunnel. Bill's garage is close by the Trail, and within 15 minutes he had disassembled the wheel, put in a new inner tube, tested it, and I was back on my way. I appreciated Bill interrupting his day servicing cars to look after a bike emergency.

All Pro recently replaced my water pump, and serpentine belt. I showed up there on Monday @2:30, and they looked at the car Tues. morning, as promised. They called me with an accurate estimate Tues. morning, as promised. They also explained that the parts delivery time would dictate when my car would be done. It was done Wed. morning, as promised. I knew I needed a water pump, and knew the price range, and their price was fair, and I got the new NAPA pump/belt, which is a trusted brand.
All that was good, but that's not why I felt compelled to write a review. I hung out there a while. These are good people, clear-eyed, clear-headed, courteous, and respectful to each other, and the customers, too. It's a good shop that won't cheat you, and you should know that. Thank you.

We had a breakdown in Paw Paw. Bill quickly diagnosed the problem and got us back on the road. He is very professional and definitely knows what he's talking about. Plan to go there in the future for inspections and repairs.
