This has been a review that has been long overdue. From the very first time I walked into the shop, it was a welcoming atmosphere. As someone who is having to learn more about cars through experience sometimes (unfortunately,) but also through seeking the info, Maria actually had me come out one time and was explaining some basic car info to me and why this or that needed to be replaced. I appreciated that. I’m aware some shops may take advantage of potential customers that are obviously not that knowledgeable in the car area. I didn’t feel that here. Prices were fair.
The work they’ve done on my car thus far has been great. Thank you Brigette (hopefully I spelled it correctly,) Maria and the rest of the staff.
I recently visited All In One General Mechanic, and I have to say, their customer service was incredible. From the first phone call to the moment I drove away, they treated me with such warmth and professionalism. It's not often you find service of this caliber these days, but this shop truly blew me away.
Not only was their customer service outstanding, but their prices were fair and reasonable too. They provided me with a quick quote and managed to fix my truck the same day. (The starter needed to be replaced.) I was so impressed by how efficiently they worked while still maintaining top-notch quality.
Local mechanic shops often have a bad reputation, but All In One General Mechanic is on a whole different level. The team there displayed such professionalism and expertise that it really stood out.
I can't express enough how pleased I am with the service I received. If I ever need any future repairs or maintenance for my vehicles, I won't hesitate to go back. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of reliable and honest auto services.
