Went there one time. Never going again. One of the barbers were rude and over charged too much. Seems like he was having a bad day but doesn't have to put it out on the customers. Overcharged me but I still gave him a tip. It was supposed to be a $5 extra tip but instead he took $10. I didn't want to say anything to him because he looked upset and I didn't want him to snap on me but I know other barber shops that charge cheaper and do a better job and are actually nice to people
After my old barber messing up my haircut and shutting down, I looked towards this place because it was family. They treat you really nice. The prices are reasonable and they’re never too busy or too loud.
I had a great experience here. They gave me top tier service, and had excellent safety precautions to combat Covid 19. They checked my temperature at the door, am everyone had masks, limited the waiting area, and wore face shields during the appointment. I felt safe, had a great Barber, and my hair looks amazing!
Very professional team but not very friendly. I have personally been there several times over the course of two years and they still have connected with me in any ways. You feel like a stranger every time you walk in. No one cares to know you. I thinks it’s good to connect with you customers. But they do their job well and always appreciative of the tips.
Very unprofessional and rude. I wear prescription glasses. When I asked if it is okay if I can set them down somewhere, the man cutting my hair said that it is NOT okay. Does he want to cut my hair while my glasses are on!?! Also, I am in an interracial marriage and the barber kept on staring and giving mean looks towards my wife. He did not even speak a word to me even though I tried to initiate conversation. Never seen anything like this before. They made me feel that I did not belong there. I wonder if I experienced reverse racism? I will never find out as I will never go back there again!
Terribly rude customer service. I called the number on the banner outside the establishment to see if they could perform a quick service before my business meeting. The gentleman on the phone refused to answer any questions which were: I don't need a cut, do you simply curl hair? Is someone available now? Do you have an idea of how much that would be?
He cut me off in the middle of my questions all three times with, "we 'got' a stylists for that, I have to give you another number." I explained that his tone sounded like he didn't want my business. He then responded with, "do you want the number or not?" ....Uhm, No, thank you! There are at least 10 other hair places within a mile radius with hair stylist and barbers who do want to work today and/or can at least fake a positive attitude.
If I wanted a shaved head, I would have done it myself and saved $16. Hands down the worst, rudest barber I've ever had. No words were exchanged between us after I sat down--no small talk, nothing--which isn't a problem, except when the barber should be asking questions on how to proceed with the hair cut. When I had the audacity to express some concern that he was going too short on the top (I couldn't see anything as he had me facing away from the front mirror and he stood in front of the side mirror almost the entire time) he got snippy and said "I *heard* what you said. ...Is there a problem?". Apparently a trim off the top means shaving your head to this guy (he used clippers the entire time), which might be forgivable if he wasn't so rude. I went here for a haircut once before and got a decent cut, so I was considering a 2 star rating, but this guy was so unprofessional I can't believe a reputable business would employ him. Will never go back.
