Took care of all my car needs, oil change, brake pads, air filter, and even changed out the spark plugs. Great and honest service, I have had other things done here in the past and have never had a problem or the same experience others have shared. Fair prices for quality and honest work is all I ask for, and I've found that here.
Probably the worst auto repair shop in El Paso, I spent $2000 there trying to fix my car and the car never got repaired, my car was totally wasted two weeks after taking it out of this shady shop. I would say they have no idea how to repair cars, telling it as it is. Also I had a friend who spent $1600 there trying to fix her van and it came out exactly as how she brought it to the shop, nothing was fixed at all
Had my roommate recently go in to get his front brakes fixed. The guy told him that he had “fixed” his brakes but ended up only changing the front brake pads. My roommate noticed his car was still having issues with his brakes.
He took it in and Jose (the mechanic) told him that he also he had to fix his rear. He added a new rotor as well as brake pads for the back wheels. A proper job.
About 2-3 months after the second visit, my roommate noticed that his car started shaking when he would break. He took his car to another mechanic and when his car was looked over, my roommate was informed that the cause of his car issue was that his front rotor was old and warped. He was told it was the original that came with the car. When the mechanic looked over the car, he said that the rotor for the back breaks were replaced and were new but not the front rotor. Looking at other reviews for this place, it seems that other customers have also been ripped off in a similar manner. If you’re looking for a reliable location to get your car properly taken care of, this is NOT the place to go.
I had spoken to a gentleman for some work i needed done a few days prior to me actually showing up, gave me a good price. But when i did show up when the business hours say it will open at 9, no one was there. Waited 30 minutes and i just left and went somewhere else. I would advise to put correct opening and closing hours so customers dont waste there time.
I took my car here about a year ago, and honestly the guy took advantage of the fact that I needed the job done quick. I paid for breaks and rotors, and when my breaks start screaking I took it back to him because I knew the sound was not right and he told me that he hadn’t done the rotors and that whatever the sound was normal. After having gone through this, I actually ordered the rotors myself and did it, and found out that not only had he only put the pads on, he had not lubed the sliders, which had actually been seized until I took them out. This was so unprofessional, and awful that he just took advantage of a young kid who needed the job done and didn’t even do a right job.
This place charges customers for “trying” to fix your car and not for actually fixing it. I took my car to this place because I had an issue with the brake light staying on, my first impression of this place was that there was christian music playing in the background so I thought “this should be an honest place.” The owner/manager (the guy who is always in charge) told me that it would be $50 to fix it and that it would include labor warranty in case that the problem is the brake sensor. After the first “fix” or adjustment or whatever you want to call it, the issue persisted. Then they replaced the brake sensor, however, I took it a third time even after that and they said that the sensor needed to be readjusted. After all this, I still had the same problem of the brake light staying on. I wasn’t going to go back a fourth time because it is now obvious that they do not know how to fix that particular issue. The owner/manager told me to take it to an auto electric and refused to issue a refund in spite of the fact that he knows the car remains unfixed. Usually when a business that does repairs decides to take on a job it is because they are charging the customer to fix an issue (by the way, every adjustment they did on the car took them a couple of minutes). One time at Firestone, they weren’t able to align my vehicle (because of some complex issue) and the manager gave me my money back without me having to ask him once because it is common sense that every business is assumed to have. In this case the owner/manager thought that it was better to have an unsatisfied customer than to loose out on $50

This place is awful. Take your business elsewhere unless you wanna lose your time, money, and have your car turn out worse than how it came in. HORRIBLE
