Absolutely fantastic service, I totally forgot to order flowers so I phoned Alkrington flowers and the lady on the phone was so polite and helpful, she arranged flowers for me within less than 24hours. Highly recommend A*********
Well 10 out of 10 stars.
Today on Saturday *10-02-2024*first time my prescription got sent to this pharmacy as my nominated pharmacy doesn't open during the weekend.And this Pharmacy was opened till 1500.But I was away and was sure that I will not be bale to pick up my medicine.Around 1300 I rang up this pharmacy and one very nice,Polite gentleman picked up the call and I told him my situation,Not only he listened my problem but he assured that he will drop off my medicine after finishing work.And Yes by the time I got home,My medicine was dropped off by him.I forgot to ask his name but whenever I visit this pharmacy I'll personally thank him for his favour.Plus I'm going to nominate this pharmacy as my regular so I'll always pick up all my future medicines from here.

Since changing over to alkrington pharmacy they have been exceptional, Nothing is too much trouble! repeat prescriptions always on time, but if there is a problem the staff go above and beyond to sort it out.
Staff have really helped me with my son’s prescriptions when there was no direction of how much to give him etc, really helpful and lovely people, a huge improvement now it’s changed hands!

A wonderful, friendly, professional and helpful team are working here. I was a stressed customer waiting tirelessly for an urgent prescription to come through from my doctor's surgery for a full day. They were so calm and helpful, phoning and chasing my doctor to expedite my prescription and not keep me waiting any longer. It worked and I was one relieved customer! My husband also maintained that they were polite, courteous and efficiently speedy.
Best pharmacy around here, Mo and the girls are so friendly and always make you feel welcome.
