Herson is a really lovely guy, he is also quite skilled at alignments and suspension work. Just a great place to bring your vehicle. Just this afternoon he yet again got my lifted F150 tracking and driving as it should, he is worth your time and money.
We were visiting from Houston and my daughter’s Highlander was doing the “freeway shudder”. After reading the reviews on Google, I decided to take her car there and can confirm the reviews are absolutely spot on! Herson gave me an education on wheel alignment and how you adjust the toe and camber for optimal alignment. But when I test drove the vehicle afterwards and found that it was still shaking, he accurately diagnosed a tire issue even though all the tires looked fine. We took the car to a tire service and found that a rear tire had a split radial! Thanks Herson! We would have been in a world of hurt without your expertise! All this for $80!!!!
Herson did a great job explaining the alignment issues on my 2014 CRV. Not only did he do a fine job on the alignment, but I now understand my vehicle a whole lot better! A patient, capable, and friendly guy. I'm taking my other vehicle to him soon, for brake work.
Went for an alignment and asked how much was given a price and I asked again cause I needed cam bolts installed and was told just the price of the alignment. When I went for the vehicle he tried to charge me for two hours of labor cause his "top of the line impact" had a hard time getting bolts out and it took him two hours. Be VERY clear with your price quotes next time and get your quote in writing before anything. Every mechanic shop always calls with a quote before doing ANY kind of work. Shouldn't be giving quotes and then the bill is three times as much. Will be going to Portillo's next time! Or Firestone if you are gonna be charged over $200 for an alignment may as well get it there and have it for the lifetime of the vehicle.
