Food was so delicious. So much flavor. Made me miss my aunt’s cooking ???? My husband and I will be returning.
I was eager to experience the Sinaloense cuisine at algo Bien! Sinaloense. Unfortunately, my excitement turned into disappointment as I found the staff disorganized. They seemed overwhelmed, taking orders while also handling phone calls, resulting in my order being overlooked. Additionally, multiple staff members approached me separately for my order without coordinating with each other. Furthermore, instead of providing proper lids for takeout, they wrapped meals in foil. It's clear that better training and management are needed to improve customer service and maximize sales potential.
I was so excited in trying there chicharrones de pella. They are good but be careful I bought 2 pounds for like $50 bucks give or take but when I go home I weight it on my food scale and it wasn’t even near 2 pounds. It was 1.1 pounds they cheated me almost a pound.
We went to try the menudo blanco and the portion was ok but didn't taste good no flavor and white menudo is easy to make we was disappointed the girls their ok but slow cause they overwhelmed they need more help and get organized hope they find away to make the food better or in do time people gonna stop going,my mom makes her menudo slow on medium low heat for 8 hours most of the flavors come from the pata and tendones it's only 6 ingredients(pata.tendones. 1 onion.oregano.bioled in the water for 2 hrs then add the cueritos de pansa on the 7th hour add the harmony done in 8 hours).in the process and it comes out way better.
Keep in mind that they open at 9 a.m so you will have to wait for them to warm up the food that was left from the day before, they don’t get there early enough to get everything ready before they open. This past time we were there, after we waited 40 min. The tamales they gave us tasted old the meat was very dry. Also the owner will push you to buy more stuff from them. Not going back to this place.
So after seen the hype on Instagram I finally decided to trying them out , maybe I came with high expectations , but when I tried the food I was really disappointed, mind I really wanted to give this place a chance - food was salty and they use lots of lard you can taste it a bit much. I worked at restaurants before and you have to try your food before it's brought out , portions are limited and small - prices are competitive with today's prices but again u feel robeb in the portions , I hope they take this feed back and make improvements, I'm whiling to try it again sometime in the future , see if there is a chance.
The ladies were nice and friendly the service was a little slow because there only two employees going back and forth.
My food had a hair maybe because the ladies don't have anything to cover there hair .
Customer service is fine but for some reason, the wait time is terrible. Everything’s already cooked a matter of paying and getting it out that they struggle with.
