Dropped a motor off 9 days ago. The lady there (Wife) took my name and number and said her husband would call me the next day. I did not receive any call. I tried to call a few days later and left a message requesting a call back. Nothing. I finally called again today and was told husband would be back in 30 minutes and would call me. Nothing. I went ahead and drove to their shop and asked for my motor back. She asked for my name and I told her and she said they couldn’t find the motor I had dropped off. In plain view was the motor in the box I had dropped it off in.
Customer service is horrible. No follow up. The lady was corgile and nice, just no follow up from anybody.

They kept my floor grinder for two moths then they say they don’t wanna work on it wasted my two months horrible customer service I should sue them.
