Alex has done several jobs now on a a few of my cars over the years. He is very professional and sticks to his schedule. If he says it will take 2 weeks it will be done in 2 weeks or less. Great work and great business.
Alex runs his business with a great deal of integrity. He painted the roof and hood of my Range Rover that had sun damaged clear coat, along with the entire passenger side of the vehicle that had some defects. It looks fantastic, and he does a great job with matching clear coat texture to factory levels. Great business to deal with.
Alex is a really nice man. I stopped Inn on my way home from work to ask him about fixing some cosmetic issues on my car. He gave me an estimate, and let me bring it in when it was convenient for me. He got everything done the day I took it in and I was able to pick it back up same day. He gave me a very reasonable price. If I need anything else done I will definitely go back to them and also suggest him to anybody I know that needs work done
Alex has painted several vehicles and custom wheels for me through out the years. His attention to detail is top notch. Anytime you walk in the shop it's spotless and everything is organized. His customer service and personalism are phenomenal and very professional. Not many auto body shops left around like this.
We were looking to get a custom paint job on a new nismo back bumper for our 370z. We did research on several paint shops around town. We got recommended to this shop by our detailer. When we tried to call the first time, he wasn't available. So, we decided to call a different shop. It happened to be the shop next door, Elite Auto Body. We got a quote but continued looking around. We ended up getting in touch with Alex. We liked the shop and what he told us he could do, so we decided to schedule with Alex about a month and a half out. We called two weeks before it was to be painted and were told by Alex that he would no longer do the work because the guy at the paint shop next door said he saw us out there with Alex and thought it wasn't fair that Alex does our work because we went to him for a quote first.
First of all, that's just bad business. You don't tell your customers the drama you've got with the business next door. That's just unprofessional. The reason why we decided to go with Alex originally was because 1. We liked the shop and 2. We had a recommendation from our detailer for Alex.
Alex told us this morning that he refuses to do the work now and that we have to go with the guy next door.
So, fair warning for any future customers: if you go to one of these two shops, even if it's just for a quote, you pretty much completely sign off the other one next door.
So, now neither of these shops will get our business because of the blatant unprofessionalism of both.
Had my vinyl wrap removed from my BMW. Alex's crew did a quick job on the wrap removing it and sending me update pictures along the way. There are a few minor issues I've run into since then. Body trim not fully attached, my air scoops behind the grills fell off. The front bumper has a portion that is lower on the driver side that wasn't previously there. The paint on the rear bumper where they had to touch it up is different than the OEM paint. Doesn't have the same sparkle in it but the color is near identical. Hard to tell unless you know to look. To be fair I didn't go back and talk to him about it either.
Alex came highly recommended from Huntsville area body shops as most of them will not do anything outside of insurance work and getting anyone to paint a motorcycle proved difficult. Alex was extremely easy to work with, communication was great and the price to quality level was phenomenal. You do not have to talk to Alex long before it is obvious that he takes great pride in his work and the finished product reflects that. I will most definitely be a repeat customer!
Alex Always gets down to buisness, his professionalism, and clean workplace should say enough. But it probly don't, his team WILL achieve your goal, you won't be disappointed
