Let down really badly after 80th birthday cake ordered well in advance failed to appear on date agreed for pick up (Sat 6th Oct) reason given i was to confirm booking ! If placing written order for cake which staff member filled out with all details and pick up date also told was fine to pay for on day of pick up isnt taken as confirmation what is ? So basically left day before Mums 80th party with no cake and no effort was made to resolve issue basically order was forgotten about or lost very let down and dissapointed all in all
Staff member was not wearing facemask nor washing hands between handling cash and food. Disposable gloves not used either. Perfect way to spread Covid and other diseases. I decided to leave shop without buying anything. Shame really as the produce on offer is of a good standard. Just let down by staff hygiene issues. Alex Graham has just lost a couple of customers.
Since they closed my nearest shop in Denny, I've been going to the Plean one instead and haven't been let down. Good to get a traditional baker these days!
