Family have been taking our cars here for years. No issues and reasonably priced. Always a pleasure doing business with them
Charged £48 for an incorrect ECU code read which took about 2 minutes (and which in turn cost me a further £150 for a DPF clean that wasn't required as I learned when the technician started, found the DPF was not blocked and rechecked the code). They also removed and did not replace my Bluetooth code reader from the car. And I had to repeatedly chase to actually get my car back so I could get to work, only to learn they'd done the code read the previous day and just not rang up to tell me.
Had 4 tyres done and can honestly say was a great experience. Very efficient service and very professional. 5 star review from me.
Went with sister for a new tyre Jess was great she managed to repair the tyre and save Maureen some money, not everytyre firm would have done that. Thank you Jess will be back again.
They persevered to get spare part for my 19yr old Zafira even though I was not a regular customer. Engine fixed and am now back on the road again. Cant thank them enough. Will take my car there in futire. Thanks guys.

wasn't fixed at all, he fobbed me off about it, even tho he had passed my MOT, the other wiring job only lasted 4 months.

Customer service here is second to none. It is clear that the customer matters to this business. Work is carried out promptly and efficiently, and above all, I have found Trevor, Scott and Jess to be honest and trustworthy people who do a good job, and who value and appreciate their customers. Will never use this garage again. My car developed a fault and I had it recovered there. This was a Tuesday. I rang later that day to see if they had chance to diagnose the problem. The curt response was we have only had the vehicle today, I will ring you when I have had chance to look at it
The following day he rang me and said he needed a copy of my log book and driving licence as the part needed was a security part, I emailed these at 09.39 am. I rang two hours later to see if he had received the documents okay, he said I’m under a car right now, I’ll ring you back. Instead he replied to my email at 05.30 pm, too late to order the part
I rang again on the Friday for an update. He then informed me it was a two week lead time for the part
I rang him two weeks later for an update, he informed me that part had not arrived he was having trouble getting a delivery date. He gave me the number of his parts supplier to see if I could get an answer. They refused to tell me anything, so I tried the UK head office to see if they could help. They informed me I needed an order number. The garage obtained this, I chased the UK head office who informed me the part had been ordered on the Monday and been rejected because the VIN number had not been supplied. It had been re-ordered in the Wednesday, which makes it eight days since my vehicle went in just to order the part
It arrived at the parts supplier exactly two weeks after being ordered (Wednesday), then delivered to the garage the following morning (Thursday)
Every phone call to the garage I was assured as soon as the part arrived they would get it fitted straight away. When I checked if they had received the part I got a very shirty reply of “yes, I’ll phone you when it is ready”. No call back that day, so I rang the next day, we are just about to fit it he said very sharply
He did ring me back and told me it didn’t fit quite right, he would have to order another part which would be in on Monday. On Monday evening he rang to say the wrong part had been delivered and the correct part would arrive on Tuesday. Again he said he would call me when it was ready
No word from him again on Tuesday (exactly four weeks since it went in) so I rang him and he informed me it had been ready a few hours
All in all very poor communication and a very poor attitude towards a customer
