Aldo's was a nice surprise. Italian Ice, Gelato, and much more. Great stop after a good dinner at Mikasa Asian bistro.
Amazing gelato. A little pricey, but it’s so worth it. I got a pint of lime gelato, and it was the perfect mix between sweet and citrusy. They have a large variety of flavors, different sizes for everyone, and I even saw on the menu that you can get a bundt cake with a gelato scoop on top. That’s pretty creative. Service was good and bathrooms were clean too.
This place is great, I really like the vibe and it’s like a mom and pop to me. My favorite so far is the fresh waff-Al.
Nice selection of flavors and decent-quality, taste is good. I would agree that it’s not really gelato though, more like ice-cream. Perhaps rebranding?
Perfection ????Aldo’s is the greatest little secret in Tracy. Seriously, their Gelato is among the best I’ve ever had. What a wonderful place to go get some dessert. It’s family owned and operated I believe and this city is lucky to have them here. My family loves this place! I want some berry parfait gelato right now. All of the flavors are delicious. Not the best Gelato, but only Gelato place in Tracy. Taste more like really good ice-cream, not really that intense Gelato flavor, but friendly service. Still a good place to get your sugar rush!
First the Gelato was delicious. BUT, the customer service was ABSOLUTELY awful. The problem was the owner of the store. His disrespectful attitude toward my wife and I was not okay at all. He raised his voice saying “WAIT YOUR TURN!” When I politely asked for a sample when the store wasn’t busy. The second encounter I had with the owner was when my wife and I were sitting outside and he proceeded to go out his way to make us move because “You can’t sit there when it’s not a hot day outside.” It was 63* degrees outside and we just got done riding bikes. Then when I approached him with his attitude he had the nerve to say “I’m sorry, but I don’t know what else you want me to do about it” I don’t know maybe, apologies right and fix your snobby attitude. Treat paying customers with some kind of respect. Everyone else at that store was amazing BUT HIM.
This is a great place to grab some Italian Ice! I had the mango and peach, as well as he Mango alone. I love their Aldo-Latti's!! So so good!
