Took my son (6 years old) at the weekend for advice on his sore throat which is listed on the nhs website as something a pharmacist can prescribe for. He was diagnosed with tonsillitis and we were asked to pay £40 for a course of antibiotics, for a child, who receives free nhs prescriptions, as this is apparently a private service, disgraceful trying to make money from people in a situation like this, wont be using again and will not be recommending
Aldershort pharmacy is my pharmacy and service is always brilliant. The staff is alway pleasent and helpful . I never had bad experience with them I strongly recommend Aldershort pharmacy ????
Staff are friendly and always good humoured efficient. It's a very busy Pharmacy. Considering the number of chemist's in town shows its doing something right.
All the staff in this pharmacy is great. They have most of the medicine in stock. Waiting time is less then the other pharmacies.
Overall waiting time is around 3-25 mins, but it’s a great Pharmacy. Depending on the time you go.
The staff are kind and friendly, efficient and helpful but the time you have to wait, up to twenty minutes, even if you placed the order for a prescription days before you collect it is too long. Should have a dedicated prescription collection only point
I have had medical issues for the last 4 years and have tried many chemists in Aldershot. I have been going to the Aldershot Chemist since its been open , and they couldn't be more helpful and understanding, friendly and have gone out of there way to make sure my medication is available to me or my father and friends to collect on my behalf.
Very understanding and couldn't ask for more customer care from the team.

Not keeping a promise about the prescription/medication. We were waiting for about two weeks hoping that it will be ready by now but came out not even ordered. When you are sick and you rely to people on authority with access to your medications, you expect that they will be serious and caring enough that without medication, your health is at risk. The gentleman I spoked today doesn't want to take any responsibility about the error, well, he's a part of the company so dodging responsibility is clearly not a sign of a good customer service. They must improved their workflow system, communications and customer service skills. Nothing is much more important by showing to your customers that you care about their health and not apologising would mean a lack of interest in the health of your customers, we will have to move somewhere, to those people who knows how to care. Aldershot Pharmacy, it was a missed today.
