The food is pretty good for what it is. The place isn't very well kept inside, but the service is pretty poor. I've experienced them ignoring a customer (me) st the front inside waiting to order so they can talk to friends. And they've repeatedly blocked the drive-through with a dumpster and locked the doors despite being open 24/7.
I’ve held back on writing a review, numerous times… but today is the day. It’s unfortunate, I’ve been coming to this location for nearly 20 yrs… The prices have gotten steep over the years which makes sense… and service has always been great. My issue is their ability to understand an order… I can’t for the life of me understand why it’s so complicated, it does not matter if I speak in Spanish or English, I still get the same results. I ask for NO potatoes most of the time, but on occasion I like some starchy carbs so I’ll ask for lite potatoes… I always end up with a 5lb bag of potatoes, that I have to now dig through and pull out… by the time I’m finished I’m left with a pinner of a burrito and I can’t help but be upset with the price it’s cost me to do someone else’s job, because they were not competent enough to read an order right… I really hope they can get it together. Loyalty can only go so far.
Small but clean dining area inside. Variety of sauces to choose from at chip bar. Had a #24 breakfast burrito and my guy had a asada burrito, both were good! Good customer service! Will go again????????
Been a huge fan of their food for yrs. Love their Super Nachos..you can even order a half order. Salsa & Chip Bar..Taco Salads are amazing! Humongous Burritos. I recommend the California Burrito..enough for 2..or leftovers. Add a cold cup of Iced Jamaica to drink..Plenty of napkins..your going to need them!????????????????????
I spent over $20 to get shredded cheese thrown into a cold, small tortilla. It is so cold that the cheese doesn't even melt.
This is certainly not an enchilada. It is also not the first time this restaurant has totally ripped me off. But hey, at least the service is consistently bad!
The food is reliably decent at all hours of the day. You can order a breakfast burrito at 2pm and it doesn't take much longer than at 5am and tastes just as good. The number 24 is one of the best breakfast burrito's in the area.
We waited in drive thru with 4 cars for 45 MINUTES! When I asked why? -rolling her eyes..ignoring me the first time then she said "I'm the only one here" which wasn't true. If you can't serve people stuck in drive through, then shut down. Or be prepared to compensate everyone. That's an insane amount of time to be in drive through with a child. We will never go back. Poor management, poor staff, poor manners.. poor rating.
This used to be my favorite place for chicken tacos. Something has happened to the quality and quality. The new taco shells taste like cardboard and are pre made. Much smaller and hardly any lettuce and cheese. This is such a disappointment. The steak salad has also changed. Last week, it was wilted, old lettuce. Today, no cheese. I've been going here for years, and I will have to find a new place for my quick taco fix. I'm not sure I'd it's a new cook or the 20.00 per hour pay for workers or what. The prices already went up quite a bit, to compensate for the covid fiasco. However, the quality remained the same. Not so now. Hasta le Vista.
