Had my first COVID vaccine and was very impressed by how well the process was organised. The staff were very friendly and professional. Thank you very much for offering this local service, as travelling to Taunton would not have been an option for me currently.
Fantastic experience getting a walk in appointment for my 88 year old mother.
Despite having had cancer, dementia and being eligible for a covid booster she hadn’t received any info about getting the booster. Her local doctors were useless and the nhs app only had appointments the day after I could take her
A quick call to alcombe pharmacy gave me details on the walk in option at the nearby Methodist church

Never replied to an email enquiry so called to be met by a very disinterested bordering on rude woman. Shame as used pharmacies owned by same person before in South Somerset

When discussed over the phone, it was made clear that flu jabs are being done on Friday and Saturday 11 to 16. No such thing when coming on Saturday. Don’t give out incorrect information please.
