I called in and was able to be seen the same day for a battery replacement. The team here are super sweet & nice. I will definitely come back here due to their excellent service even though it’s far from home but I won’t mind. Service it’s everything and these guys are perfectly nailed it.
This shop dates back to the 1950's. Father passed it to son who has been grooming Kyle for at least 15 if not 20 years. These are true mechanics. I have patronized them for years for the most basic service to off-road 4x4 to auto, engine, and transmission restoration. Look at the aerial photo of their shop! Every type and age of automobile, van, or truck. They really know their stuff, they will not BS you, they neither shotgun parts or do unnecessary work, and they stand behind what they do. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
I got my car inspected, an oil change and a tire plugged for a slow leak. This shop is great. Kyle is a respectful, nice guy who is a true mechanic. He's very thorough and explains what you need precisely. I will definitely use this shop for all my needs from this day forward.
It's hard to find an honest mechanic nowadays, but look no further Kyle is the guy ti go to and trust. Proces are fair and he doesn't try to sell you on something you don't need. He does h[s very best to satisfy his clients with utmost service and that's all I can ask for. Thanks again!
These guys are great and really helpful. Been going to them for my motorcycle inspections and am always happy to see a friendly face. They seem like they take pride in their work.
I have taken my yellow mini cooper to this shop for almost a year. If you have a mini cooper or a car that was made by BMW, I can say from experience, Kyle is your guy. He owned mini cooper himself. Therefore, he knows how to fix them. Although he does not have nearly as much expertise or equipment to repair a mini cooper as a mini dealership shop, he does do the job a lot cheaper and oftentimes a lot better. When he doesn't have the qualifications to do something, he is transparent and he will tell you that you need to go to a mini dealer to have your car looked at. For example, when my engine light was on, Kyle told me that I was best off going to the mini dealership certified repair shop in Long Island because only they would have the equipment to handle the particular engine light issue I had (He can fix most engine light issues so still go to him if you have it). When I went to the dealership, the dealership said I needed to pay them over seven thousand dollars to fix my car. I took the video the mini dealership gave me to Kyle to ask his opinion. He then said that I should ask the mini dealership to turn off the engine light and take the remaining repairs to him to fix. That brought my mini dealership bill down to 2000 dollars. The remaining four thousand dollars of repairs, I got done with Kyle at Albert and Harold's for only 800 dollars. From then on, I realized that I should always take my car to him before going to the mini dealership. I am truly blessed to have a repairman like him. The benefits don't stop there.
He will keep your car parts, and show you what's wrong with them. He will take you under your car and your hood and show you exactly what you're paying for. What's even better, is he will tell you which parts on your car are going to go bad. For example he told me my car's control arms would have about two thousand miles left. I then needed a new AC compressor because I found out on my own that my ac was not working (he shows you the part if you doubt him). He told me that if I took the car in to have the two jobs done at once, I could save on labor costs of taking the car apart and putting it back together again. Whenever he takes your car apart, he will tell you if anything else might need fixing for preventative maintenance purposes to help you save on labor costs. Of course you can always see the parts for yourself, which he showed me, and yes, they needed replacement. Even though it was a lot of work, the expense was a lot cheaper than if I were to have gone elsewhere. I speak with the experience of having had this car for sixteen years.
Kyle is an honest, great guy who knows his stuff. Highly recommended!!!
Harold is a great guy and Kyle is amazing. He will do everything he can to take care of the car and fix whatever is wrong. Don’t trust any other shop as much as I trust this one. Truly a great mom and pop style local small business. 1000% recommend
