I haven't been going to this dentist for long but I have always had a great experience, always welcoming when I come in from the practise management (Angela). I go here with my whole family and the treatment we have all received has been very good, I would recommend this dental practice to anyone who asked me for a dental practice to go to. Actually I have recommended it to a good friend who is going there now as well and they are just as happy with the place as me.

Amazing place after 10 years of not going to the dentist I went and what can I say the staff was amazing even when I had a panic attack and had to walk out to take a breath, the receptionist Ange took time out of her day to talk to me and calm me down and thanks to her I walked back in and got my work done! Hands down the best experience of my life, even my three children one has additional needs felt right at home and even got their teeth checked which I never thought would happen in a million years! We will be staying at this practice for years to come as they put all our minds at rest.
First time as a New Patient, Receptionist was very Polite and Went though everything with me though the Progress, The Dentist themself was very good and explained what was going to be done, Very polite and understanding. Happy with Visit and Easy to get to. thank you again.
I have had a problems for a long time with finding a right dental practice to suit my lifestyle. Ever since i started using Albert Dental Practice all of my problems have been sorted. Practice is open normally 6 days a week which means I could get booked and checked without interrupting my work balance. Ever since day one i felt very welcomed and very well looked after from Angela at reception all the way down to the dentist themselves. Every part of treatment was explained and dealt with on the highest level. Finally my children are not worried about their regular dental appointments. I wish more places have been like this.
What a little gem this practice is! Since moving to telford I struggled to find a new dentist but was lucky enough to be taken on here. I am a VERY anxious patient but I have never felt as comfortable as I do here. Firstly Angela who is on reception, what a credit she is. From my initial talk to her on the phone to my multiple visits she has been nothing but kind, caring and most of all understanding. Sometimes when you are waiting for your appointment the fear can creep in but this has not happened as Angela is there to support with conversation. Even when there are multiple people waiting she ensures to address everybody being sure to include them. Speaking of waiting this is something that I have not witnessed, my appointments have always gone ahead on time which is fab. Also reminder texts are sent a day or two before your appointment.
Now on to my dentist, Bakula I believe is her name (sorry if I have spelt incorrectly) she is amazing! I explained that I was very anxious and herself and her assistant have been nothing but supportive. Talking through everything she will do, also checking I am OK during the treatment. Sadly I have had to have quite a bit of work done which was done straight away with great advice given. This to me shows how knowledgeable she is as a dentist as this is work that I thought needed doing yet had been told by pervious dentist it was not needed. On one visit there was an option to have a white filling which incurred a cost. This was explained to me prior and the cost clearly explained. There was no pressure or upsell it was merely giving me my options. The price was very reasonable! I will now not go to another dentist practice.
I love the personal feel to the place, even my teenage son went for the first time and rang me after to say how lovely everybody was!
Fantastic dentist. Not been to any dentist for 6 years, nervous patient and needed NHS. Friendly, professional and a really comfortable visit.

Our first visit as a family today, was an amazing experience, our little girl even got a chance to play dentist. Very thorough and staff friebdly. Much better than out last dentist, I will be recommending
Not been able to get a dentist for 8 to 9 years my partner called the surgery as i was in pain angela got me in and registered as a new patient on the same day she was amazing i was very worried and really settled me with her knowledge and chat from my first visit they got me in 3 appointments withing 10 days and sorted all my problems what a team really appreciate you guys and wouldnt hesitate to recommend great job thanks so much for the help and support see you again in 6 months.
