Twice now these honest and helpful people have done great work at a fair price. They even discounted my labor cost when unexpected repairs were discovered necessary after digging into my old rusty truck. And rides back home when my rides failed to show! Could not be happier and wont use anyone else.
Seriously the nicest and most helpful people. My son was traveling from Iowa to Chicago to get on a flight to Florida. He needed to get back on the road ASAP. They made sure that he was taken care of, safe and on the road in time to catch his flight for a wedding. Recently moved to town. Almost exclusively work on my own vehicles except when specialty equipment is needed I.e tires, alignment. Had them swap tires a few times everything had been fine. So I brought my summer can in for an alignment after adjusting rigehight and suspension in general, ran them through what I needed down to the amount of negative camber I was after, which needs to be specific as I autocross the car. Dropped the car off, got called in 15 minuets later to show them what I needed done, then they said they had to leave soon for lunch and weren’t sure what needed done and asked if I wanted to adjust it (again being specialized equipment not a big deal) So I spent my time along with a nice employees time. getting camber close enough to not wear my tires at the track this weekend. Being rushed by whom I believe is the owner, I went along with this with the understanding I could bring it back on Tuesday to get it completed the way I wanted. Then got rushed out. And I said so what are we doing for payment just wanna do when I come back Tuesday? They say well we are really backed up but you can call Tuesday. And they charged the the full alignment amount and get to pay another shop next week to get it right. I calmly mentioned that I felt it was wrong to charge me to rush me to work on my own car knowing it’s not going to be done the way I had mentioned I wanted it. And sarcastically was asked “we did make some adjustments right?” They should have said from the start A: we don’t have time or b: it’s far enough out of our wheelhouse to do, not string me along, charge me just for me to get to pay another shop to do it correct. Pains me to leave negative feedback but it is 100% called for. In summation basic repairs seem fine anything outside of what a jiffy lube can do I would not trust.
My husband took our truck in for blown plug. Everyone was very friendly and so helpful. They did great work at a great price. Thank you so much!
They gave me a quate that was $750 cheaper than another place and we did not have to spend $100 more to go to dealership to reprogram car. Awesome service all the way around.
Very friendly staff and they don't trick you into buying things you don't need. They do what you ask and tell you things that will need addressed at another time.
