Rich is great and good people! I can always count on him to do the inspection and emissions on my families vehicles any time it’s needed and even in a pinch of time. I also know I can count on him to do any repair that my dad may not be able to do and be honest about it. If and when there comes a time my dad can’t continue to fix my vehicle when needed, I’ll definitely be bringing my cars to Rich at that point!
I called this place to have my car towed to there shop to look at it because it wouldn’t start and wanted them to give me a estimate on how much it would be. They had my car for 2 MONTHS and I never got a update. Everytime I called they would tell me that Rich had stepped out. Even got to the point where they just would not answer my phone call at all! Mind you I told him to just look at it and let me know about how much we were looking at to fix it! About 2 and a half months later I called and told him I was coming to get it! He then proceeds to tell me it’s going to be 600 and something dollars for me to pull it that he ordered this and fixed this when he NEVER called me and told me the things that he was doing or anything! Mind you, This was my fathers car that he left me when he passed! I TOLD HIM THAT THIS CAR WAS NOT JUST A CAR TO ME! Unfortunately I was only 17 at the time and did not know any better. I never got my fathers car back. These people are beyond unprofessional!
Eric @ Al’s Alignment is my go to mechanic. He is honest, dependable and fair. When I recently purchased a car from an auction, he helped me to repair several things, and helped me to prevent future mishaps by doing some needed maintenance to other smaller areas first. He is veryyy fairly priced and I recommend him to everyone I know. My family owns a auto body repair shop & garage and I still choose Eric! Sincerely, Babe the Builder ????

My car was impounded 8-2-16 by this company for one night. I was told I had to pay $250.00 in cash to get the car back. I paid the money and left with my car. On Friday 9-9-16 My bank charged me a bounced fee for a check from Al's alignment service for $250.00. My check book was in my car and someone stole a check and forged my signature. Will be filing a fraudulent claim at the bank and a police report. Be careful all
Al's Alighnment impounded our truck on October 9th approx date, but never called us to tell us they had our truck. We found out where are truck was on Nov 1, 2012 I went there and asked to pick up my truck I was told it would be $2,460. I said I didn't have that kind of money and wouldn't have any money till Nov,10th. He said I can just take the title instead.I started to cry and left; my husband went down and gave him $400.00 on the 10th. Rich said he would stop accumulating fees but it has to be paid by12/31/2012 or I want the title to the truck. The truck is paid off it is a 1999 Ford F 150. We don't have much and we are still making mortgage payments We are 62 years of age and it seems like the older you get the more people take advantage of you. Sandy Malone
Paid over $600 for work that was not done properly. Took it back twice. Still wasn't fixed. Had 2 take it somewhere else to get the job done right. They were a complete waate of money and my time.. Not 2 mention just flat out lazy or incompetent.
Always great service. Rich has treated many generations of my family very fairly and always gives his best. Patron for life.
