My son was sent here on a 111 appointment today and the pharmacist was thorough, diagnosed tonsillitis and prescribe antibiotics. Took less than 10 minutes and saved a trip to A&E. Very pleased with the service and friendly staff.
Great staff, always willing to help
They tried signing me to a new medication service by saying it was mandatory. The person on the counter said they needed my contact information to contact me after one week of I’m having my medication. Stop misleading people.
Fantastic quick service, they even chased GP up that had missed something off repeat then delivered it 3 hours later.
Downside is that it always costs me more than the medication I go for due to the wide range of beautiful wool that they stock.
I have used this chemist for 6 years even though it is 4 miles from where I live. The staff are so friendly and helpful and always put you at ease. They run a service where you can get a lot of items without going to get a prescription from the doctor. They fill in a form and give you what you need to get you sorted out. The main chemist is a really nice fella.
This is the best phamacy in Wombwell. Service is very quick. Always service with a smile. Recently they were unable to get me one of my medications, there was no replacement. Other pharmacists in the area including very large pharmacies were unable to source this drug and were not very helpful- neither was my GP or hospital. I was not forgotten and the medication was delivered to my door by Akrams as soon as he was able to get it.
Usually find akrams to be fantastic fast reliable but today I was looking for sumet n got are you buying something if not can you leave so someone else can come in I was looking for something but got put off by staff behaviour felt like my needs were not important I couldent explain what I wanted as didn’t know what they called product I never stay or even go in a shop if I don’t need to due to covid 19 won’t be in any rush to go in again
This is the best pharmacy around love friendly staff always willing to help dont go to any other really sufficient in the time you are there keep up the good work thank you to all staff
