I messaged through Facebook over a few days for a boot lid for my car, I was told it was in good condition with no scratches and the colour was the same after giving the paint code, drove over an hour to then wait in the car for half an hour to then be told they didn't have my colour, then all of sudden they did and it was filthy dirty so I asked him to wipe it so I would see that the colour was the same he was hesitant to do so because when he did wipe off the dirty it was in really bad condition covered in scratches. Would not recommend!!
Dan at AK Motors gave absolutely first class service, reacted quickly to messages and solved my problem immediately. Recommend this company unreservedly.
Bit pricey but got the right parts and all the bits needed. Was tight in time as came from quite far and had to get back due to work so did sorted me out quickly Were very helpful in removing whichever part i liked. Plenty stock of honda civic hybrids so had a choice. Straight forward deal so quite happy and will recommend and use again.
Sold me a car that had an engine fault. I am very upset with this transaction. Waste of my hard earned money.
Will happily take exchanges but won’t give your money back. Immoral company with immoral practices. Will happily extort you for their own needs. Don’t waste your time here. Plenty of other places in Birmingham that you can go to that will give your money back if you had issues with products or wanted to see if you needed more than one piece of an item. Joke of a company.
Just in response, I literally went to another scrap yard, bought two items, only needed one. Returned the other and got my cash back so don’t talk nonsense mate. You are there to rip people off when its hard enough as it is.

I have been looking for my car Toyota auris doors everywhere for almost 2 weeks , when I phoned these guys , the man reception said send pic to what’s app and I did with in 10 min my order placed and I got the equipments next day ! I bought Vauxhall Corsa Engine 1 Litter couple of days before they said the engine is perfectly fine. Bought the engine without negotiating the price as I was saying 500£ but he has given me the price 550£. So finally we ended up at the price 520£. Mechanic replace the engine with old one but after he spent two days on it he said engine not making any pressure. So I have returned the engine back to them, But this deal waisted my 200£ plus so much time. The excuse they have given to me oh we checked the engine before it was working fine. So much lie if it was working fine it’s not now ? Anyway I would say don’t buy any mechanical parts from them Especially any engine ????????????????
