Made an appointment and got there 15 minutes early only for 2 walk ins to get in the chair before me. I waited 2 hours before they got started on my braids. Then when she started braiding my hair she kept stopping to do other stuff which made it take even longer. Then there was all kind of stuff everywhere and too much going on, one of the braiders daughter who looked to be about 3 years old was running all over the shop climbing on the the clients and getting into stuff, they had to keep telling her to "stop", "sit down" etc. Although she was super cute its unprofessional to come get your hair done and have to sit and play with kids climbing on you randomly and the owner just let's her do it! On top of that the braiders expect you to unravel the braiding hair for them while they do your hair. It was just not a good experience for me. You go get your hair done to relax and get cute not have to work! Then the place is filthy especially the bathroom. The braiders are constantly stopping and my braids were coming loose 2 days after my appointment.The pictures of the styles online look very nice but the experience itself is just not worth it! I will not be back.
Where do I start? The absolutely best of the best! I felt so welcomed and baby my hair is the best that any place has ever done. I drove 45m and it was definitely worth it. Usually when you go to African shops they are rude but this owner kept reassuring that I was satisfied. Def worth the money and drive, I am a happy customer !
The best braiding shop in the city! They do your braids full and with neat parts and they listen to your preferences and are kind with very reasonable prices my new favorite braiders!

Very personable and fast braiders. Just make an appointment when you can. I had a couple braids slip due to my thin hair and they fixed them free of charge. Really great price for waist length knotless with curls!
I will start off by saying the ladies at this shop are nice and make you feel welcome which is why I came back a second time for braids. They do nice work as well. This visit I wanted a boho knotless bob, the braider asked me to separate hair on my lap so the process could go faster which was weird but I complied. The braider kept stopping to take bites of a sandwich and engage in conversations that had her laughing hysterically and she kept stopping to crack more jokes. I was very annoyed and she did this several times, with the owner engaging with her which was very unprofessional seeing that she was in the middle of braiding someones hair. A second girl started on the back of my head and was very slow, the owner kept having to come over and talk to her about how she was braiding my hair which lead me to believe she wasn't that good. The owner took over towards the end and I got worried on how my hair looked. My hair turned out OK but was not what I asked for so I was disappointed, especially after dealing with the shenanigans!
My first time getting my hair braided @ this shop I must say I would highly recommend very nice staff and my braids are very nice neat and not hurting
I’m not ever coming back here again I got here at 9:30 got done in 5 hours for my hair place is dirty and trashy and ghetto I don’t like my hair
