Aggressive, argumentative and rude staff, they’ve signed themselves up to part of the parcel shop with Evri (it’s advertised in their shopfront window) so you should be able to send a package there to be collected. Got there and provided the information, was first told they didn’t have it, then was told they couldn’t give it to me, then the woman told me next time she would not be giving me my package as they “don’t accept personal packages”. She had a go at me in front of other customers, insisting I shouldn’t have had it delivered to the shop, despite the fact that the shop has signed up to be part of this service. Would recommend walking 45 seconds left or right, friendlier corner shops with a bigger selection.
Don't have any parcels send here. The dude working there doesn't accept any other names or passports other than box standart British / english material. So if your name contains anything like Ä / Ü / Ö or ß instead of AE / UE / OE or SS than the shop attendees brain can't compute and you won't get your parcel.
I got to agree with everyone else here. The shop staff is mega rude. Tried to collect my parcel in time but the guy told me it was returned this morning.Once I got home and checked the tracking and it was returned at 21:43 - After I left the shop. Words can't describe how crooked this place is. AVOID!
I’ve never been able to drop or pick up a parcel here without being shouted at. They say online that they provide packaging for returns but then try to charge you for tape or bigger boxes. Extremely rude. Avoid at all costs.
I went in today bought a product that was behind the counter so no price displayed when I asked how much was told £2.50 got home charged £3.99 called them basically got called a liar no apology offered it was only when I said I was going to take it further he said he would listen to audio and next time I go in he would refund after calling me a liar ,its not a lot of money and if I bought other things I wouldn't have noticed so be careful if they do this to everyone quids in
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I had to return a package from asos and their website showed me this as a drop-off point. I casually decided to go on Google maps and came across all the terrible reviews so obviously I said “no way, I’ll just drop it off at the Tesco express”. UNFORTUNATELY, the printer at the Tesco express wasn’t working so they told me to come here. And just as expected, the owner displayed the rudest, angriest behavior. Shouted at me for no reason and motioned me to get out. There was another woman in the store and she said that every time she’s in there it’s the same thing. I decided to run and the man reluctantly then told me to just finish the process there.
I just don’t understand why they are so happy to waste your time and so happy to be insanely rude to literally anyone at any time.
Your parcel will show as being at the shop, but because they haven’t bothered to scan in a whole mountain of parcels they’ll just tell you to come back another day. Then when you do you’ll have the same treatment again and they’ll be super rude if you’re not happy about your time being wasted. I literally had to order the same parcel again and get it sent to a different shop.
When days later they eventually agreed that they had my parcel they wouldn’t give it to me because it “wouldn’t scan” and I should come back later, again.
Do these people have no care for other peoples’ time at all? And why be so insanely rude to literally everyone?
I swear the only reason the customers haven’t rioted is because it’s opposite the police station.
The reviews are right. This guy seems to be having a bad life lol. He tried to get rude with me, but I gave him a piece of my mind and told him he is a rude person. Some people think they are bad because they run a shop, he is a clown he most probably gets beats by his wife, so he comes to the shop and tries to take his miserable life out on his customers. Mate, if you don't want to provide good service go and work somewhere else. Stoke Newington does not need your bad vibes. Seek help, you need it.
