Dylan and Steve were super knowledgeable and easy to talk to when I brought in my 2016 Jetta for a clutch, flywheel, timing, and a few other things. Got my car back and she drives like an absolute dream. Will definitely come back.
Down right crooks. After scheduling an appointment and arriving 10 minutes early I was completely ignored for over an hour. After an unqualifed employee hooked up the diagnostic tool he tried to avoid me until I confronted him to tell me what was going on. They said my car had 6 error codes but they cleared them from my cars computer and said I needed to pay $50 for their "work" or they would not let me leave with my car. After years of using their services, they ripped me off and said it's because I no longer provided them discounts from my previous work company. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this business.
We were stranded I 81 as a result of engine trouble traveling from Alabama to New Hampshire , it was close to the 4th of July weekend and every place I called could not or would not help me get back on the road again.
But whe I called to Airey VW repair the staff were more than willing to move things around for me
Was so thankful for the service I received it was more than I could have hoped for and without a delay we were back on the road again

I didn't happen to get my work done here because I winded up fixing the issue myself. But after my phone conversation with the mechanic there I am very confident in there honesty and trustworthiness and highly enjoyed talking to the man. You usually can't tell about a place unless you go there but after a nice conversation I was confident that I needed to look no further for where I wanted to take my vehicle and should problems arise in the future Im definitely going to take my vehicle here first.
I read the bad reviews and I completely disagree. They were great helping me and were as nice as could be. I have a Volkswagen EOS that needed servicing and the entire staff was outstanding. Even got to meet a special team member, a rottweiler named Thor who was so sweet. He was such a good boy.
Asked for an inspection and for a noise to be checked out. $700 and two days later I pick up the car with no inspection and poor customer service. I explained how frustrated I was and they said with how long they've been in business they don't care if they lose a customer or two because we don't appreciate how they run things. Left the keys in the car instead of in the shop and didn't even bother to reset the clock. Please don't waste a penny here.
Airey is by far the best mechanic shop I have ever dealt with. As a female, it is difficult to find trustworthy, respectable mechanics that will treat you right, but Airey exceeds my expectations with flying colors. They thoroughly explain the problems to the customer and always try their best to keep the cost of repairs down. The last time I had my car in for a repair, they quoted me 2 hours of labor, but when I picked it up, they had taken less time and they actually dropped the price down - I have never heard of a mechanic being so honest! These guys are respectful to the customer and they really know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Harrisonburg area. Plus, it's always great to support the small businesses!
Took my car for a simple state inspection and ended up paying close to $800 and a new bill after having to take my car to a different shop to fix the bumper they broke and could not install back in. The one man said it was a light bulb, and then he said it was electrical, then he said I need it to order the entire headlight. When I told him to just put the rejection sticker he said I owed him over 4 hours in labor because he had removed the bumper and other parts when all I asked him to do was to replace the light-bulb that he himself knew he could replace by putting his hand in. I had no choice but to order the new headlight because magically it was broken and if they attempted to fix it it could break some more, this still did not fix the problem. They could not figure out how to get power to it. Their excuse was who ever had the car before did a bad job and had left the wires uncovered and the bumper had crushed the wires... Their staff started screaming at me and getting close to my face saying working on Mercedes-Benz is always expensive I should know better. In the mean time this was the fourth day my car had been in the shop and no one could figure out what the problem was and they acted so upset I was questioning them on why it was taking so long. Finally by the fifth day I got a call to pick up my car they could not figure out the problem, when i showed up the light had power and was magically ready. Even with all of that the help they had was yelling at me yet again about the previous work that was done and stating the car had after market parts and that was the reason the bumper was broken and he could not put it back in place. When I told him I was going to run the car back to the body shop I got the previous work done, and ask them about the job these people claimed they did a bad he had no more rude comments and decided it was lunch time. to make matters worse I opened the hood of my car and the bumper was never put back together, the clips are broken, and my grill is just hanging. I went back to show them the receipt of the original bumper that was previously put in and how now I had a different bill to pay but the man had no other explanation but all of this was my fault!!! Customer service is awful at this place and not to say their helps racial profiling and use of tone was unacceptable, and not pleasant at all. These people are thieves and have no knowledge about cars whatsoever they cant fix anything. VERY DISAPPOINTING THEY DON'T DESERVE A STAR!!!
