We went for a music performance, Sinatra. Great rooftop experience. Check the neon sign in front of the hotel, it tells you if the rooftop is open or closed. Take the hotel elevator to floor 23 or 24.
First time and last time coming lmao! sat night at 10:30 came in with a group of 4 trying to celebrate a birthday, the place is dead at 1030 so lots of open seats when we walked over to one of the open fire seats we were told we weren’t allowed to sit there because our group had to be a party of 5 lmaoo so because we had one less person we were told to sit somewhere else… (before we left another party of 4 was seated at the same fire table we tried to sit at)SUS! kitchen was closed even tho you sell small bite foods and say ur dinner bar is open till 12 lol 3 of the main signature drinks couldn’t be made since you guys didn’t have the ingredients lmao. The frozen drinks weren’t even available lol????????♂️This bar been open a week supposedly and y’all don’t have basic drink mix on a sat night. What bar doesn’t have Malibu on hand?? Can’t even make a DIRTY SHIRLEY ????????????????♂️????????♂️ ???? this was place a waste of time! All around bad experience. Only thing worth it is the mid view I guess????????
The tacos were delicious ????. The drinks were STRONG ????????, I needed more juice. The atmosphere & service were amazing. We celebrated my cousin's birthday & there was enough room for us all!
The drink is good, beer and cocktails are both decent. Food choice is limited but still more than the Wit. mini sliders are Ok, Boleo next door to it has better ones. View from the rooftop is very nice, but I prefer the east side. The only thing that concerns is the restroom is downstairs and they put a closed door in the way, which in pandemic time if I washed my hand and go back to my table I will have to touch the handle to unlock the door. Hope they can fix this.
This place is perfect for meeting up with the friends, talking and catch up. It was so nice and chill. The wait staff was amazing and helpful. We reseeded an area and chilled out for hours. They kept our drinks full and kept the appetizers coming. I will def go back!

Staying in Hyatt Centric THE Loop and this is the rooftop of the hotel. Very nice especially with the fire in the cold weather. The only comment is only parties of 6 can take up these fire surrounded seats even the whole rooftop is vacant. Good service.
i didn’t try the food but the view was lovely and the ambiance in the booths is adorable. love francisco for being so accommodating
The bar is cool, prices are little higher but ok for a rooftop in downtown.
The bar keepers are really nice.
The signature cocktail are not really my taste.
