Pleasant welcome from start and the receptionist was a woman which is not the usual. The waiting area was very comfortable.
Didn’t need to wait long as my car was seen to immediately.
The garage staff were very friendly.

Very poor customer service. Advised brakes need replaced which were checked in February when the car was serviced, rear brakes are needing done, asked how do you know? We checked them I was told. my reply: really do you know it's brake drums on the car. Garage adviser walked away after saying "do what you want". Also advised that when servicing cars not all garages remove the wheels. I can remember when Airdrie Motoring Centre looked after customers. Shocking attitude.
Great service and price. I've used them for years even though there are exhaust places nearer where I live.
Have used AMC quite a few times and the service is first class. Gillian on reception is a real gem and so helpful. Today I had no lights at all on my near side rear lights,I called and Gillian told me to bring it in. The young mechanic had the car for approx twenty minutes, came back and said that's you, just a wire that was slack..How much do I owe you I asked ? Nothing he said, it was only a slack wire.. How good a service is that?

My car was due its first MOT so I booked it into here for Wednesday at 9.30am, arrived five minutes early, car was checked in and I was directed to a small comfy waiting room with a large screen TV to help pass the time. About an hour later the tester came up to tell me that the test was finished and that the car had passed with no problems at all. Paid my fee and that was that, painless.
Superb service, I popped in without a reservation as one of my tyres had a slow puncture. Gillian booked the van in and the technician Gary had it in the workshop within 5 minutes. He found the problem, a nail embedded in the tyre and came and showed me it. He then repaired it and I was on my way within half an hour only £15 lighter. A great experience and l’ll definitely use again if needed. Well tone to Joe and his team.
Stevie and Gillian kept me very well informed on repairs to my vans DPF. A few extra bits of work were required and Stevie took the time to explain the need for these to be carried out.
Van is pulling like a train. Never felt it so responsive! Delighted customer!
