In my opinion I highly recommend this friendy, approachable practice. I have recently changed pharmacy for its nearest and I attend daily and am glad I did. It's more of an open environment where you can see the staff, they have more of a very friendly approach, staff communicate effectively and in a professional manner. I find that I can have a friendly laugh and joke which I find refreshing. I don't feel judged and they meet my needs. There efficient as a team and if there as been a rare problem it's been addressed quickly and successfully. I would definitely recommend this service to someone for there respective and courtesy. I feel they perform there duties adequately, well organized and each member of staff bring there own attributes. Overall I rate there performance professionally and I enjoy my experience, that's enough for one day lol.

The staff are friendly enough in person but awful on the phone. Have been told different things by different staff, been lied to on 2 occasions. Never have medication in stock and say they’ll order it but don’t. They have caused both myself and my partner a lot of stress and upset

I have been using this pharmacy for 2 years. I have never had any issues whatsoever! All of the staff are friendly and helpful. On more than 1 occasion gone above and beyond by collecting my script (I'm meant to collect it) and having it ready and waiting for me as I've got a taxi there! I have never been judged in there either. Always felt comfortable. I've been to a lot of pharmacys in Bristol and can honestly say that it's one of the best!! Highly recommend them to anyone! Its 5☆ from me
There communication is dreadful, you turn up no prescription turn up no tablets,turn and wait and wait and wait and wait,all the time in the world here life's like a box of chocolates lol
