It’s been a while since i came in but i won’t let that happen again. I had the jerk chicken wrap with everything and it was so good. Their food is always fresh and you can’t beat the price. I’ll definitely be back real soon. Best wraps in Chicago
Today, I purchased lunch for my colleague, and she ordered one of her favorite meals, the chicken cheddar sandwich. This time, the chicken breast was cut in half. I mean, it was a very small portion. When we called to complain about how much smaller the chicken breast was than normal, we were informed that they have always cut it in half. No other accommodation was provided. We were highly disappointed. The meal is over $11.00. I hope they work harder to meet the customers' needs, especially when they are displeased.
If you feel like being in a good mood after eating. You have to check them out. And I got exceptional service. The jerk chicken wrap is it a hit.
Great food and service. I came for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was great and a large portion. The jerk chicken was really good and I had a club sandwich that was massive. It came with a side of chips and a pickle. I would absolutely eat here again. I’ll be back next week thank you!
I usually never leave a bad review but this experience was especially upsetting. I ordered online almost an hour in advance and when I arrived the order had not even been started. And when I had questions about my order in a normal tone, I was told to back up and calm down. The order was finished almost 30 minutes after my arrival and my order had missing items....Never again....Bad organization and bad business. Food was ok way too slow definitely "thumbs down ????????".
I accidentally ordered here instead of at the sister location in Beverly. I couldn't get the meal refunded since I'm literally repaying for the food at the other location. Also the lady on the phone gave a blunt no refund response, but bad customer service is a norm, so that wasn't the issue. I told them that I will find somebody else to pickup the food but it will be later in the day. They just sat the food out all day. That felt personal and like they don't care.
The food here is soooooo flavorful! Everytime I go I try something different and my taste buds are never let down. The smoothies and sandwiches are so fresh and delish! The staff are always nice and pleasant whenever I visit. Oh and the sweet potato cheesecake was absolutely devine!!
Delicious food and sweet treats, friendly staff, customers and welcoming atmosphere. Had the jerk chicken wrap, and it was phenomenal, bursting with flavors, tons of chicken and very filling. Potato salad was the best I’ve ever had as was the jerk chicken. Banana cake and lemon cake were awesome!!! If you’re looking for great food, friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere GO HERE!!!! You won’t regret it. I’m already looking forward to our next visit and we just finished lunch!!
