I have now placed orders with AI Bakery - 3 times and each time Anastasia has done an excellent job of the order.
Most recent order for my mum's birthday was a cheesecake with dried fruit which was delicious, looked gorgeous and the accompanying complementary sweet treat for birthday lady was a lovely surprise / touch. Anastasia is very creative with very minimal information you give her re the order for the occasion, professional, friendly and I find her prices are more than reasonable. We will certainly be going back for sweet treats for future special occasions, thank you!
Got a set of biscuits and. Cupcakes along with a birthday cake.
The biscuits were nice and crumbly. Cupcakes tasted amazing with the dangerous amount of cream cheese topping.
Birthday cake was a vanilla sponge which was very light and moreish. All these were done in a dinosaur theme. The cute dinosaur on the cake looked really good. The whole presentation was well done.

I ordered a Honey multilayered cake with whipped fresh cream from AI Bakery and I will 100% be ordering again. The cake was amazing. Thank you so much for how fast you got this done for me and for how amazing the cake tasted and looked. Anastasiya also added some bite size gluten free cakes for one of our party who was gluten intolerant. Perfect ????????
The Vegan truffles were absolutely delicious and each one was just the right size. The Vegan/Gluten free cake balls were equally good and beautifully presented, again with a full list of ingredients. The little box they came in was delightful. They would make a different little gift for someone.
Anastasia is very friendly and welcoming. Easter bread for orthodox Easter we bought from her was delicious, fresh, moist and light. It was our first order from Al bakery and definitely not the last. Thank you
