Ahnna has been my hairdresser since 2002! She’s the BEST. I moved from the Houston in 2018 and had the worst anxiety going to someone new! So I will make it a point to visit Ahnna when I’m in town visiting family! Highly recommend!!
That was my kid’s haircut. She was about to close, and she was in a hurry. Dropped her comb on the floor, did not wash it:( Super quick haircut. I asked her to make it even on both sides. She said that it’s not her fault…she has been doing it for 18 years and that’s the first time she has client like me…she has no time for that and I don’t have to pay if I don’t like it. Well, I kept asking. It took her a few minutes to fix it. So, at the end it was not a bad haircut for 15$, gave her 5$ extra. Well, what can I say? It was just another Lazy Barber in a hurry.
4 month later owner responded : please message us so we can make it right. Really?) Well, I was actually thinking to go to trichologist because hairdresser almost convinced me there is real problem with my son's hair. But I waited a few moths to let hair to grow back and went to another saloon, told them the whole story and asked them if anything can be done to make haircut look the same on both sides. They explained me in details that haircut was not done right at first place and there is no any problem with my sons hair. New haircut looks great both sides look identical. (If you want to verify this info, I can provide contacts of our new hairdresser).
P.S. I know it's hard, but next time try to accept a mistake and learn from it. Do not blame others. Good luck with your business.
I told her to cut my hair a certain way. She refused, tried to do it her own way. Now, my hair doesn't look good at all in the back.
Bea has been cutting my hair for years. When needed Thuy or Vo have also done a great job. They have taken care of our family’s since their opening, back when my hair was dark. I can’t blame them for graying.
Thuy is great. She really takes her time to get it right. Very sweet, talented, and caring lady. Men's haircut is $12. I always give her a $20
I have been a loyal client for eight years. I am a middle aged man with comb-over issues and the stylists take their time and get it right every time. But don't swamp the place with business. I like not having to wait very long for my turn.
The hairstylists are good at cutting off length, but aren't that good when it comes to styling. I asked for a style similar to the Ive League. Instead I got closer to a bowl cut. And when it comes to small details, like sideburns, they did not make both sides identical. The hairstylists are however time efficient and pricing is on the lower end.
Vow is the greatest!!! She never takes a break. She’s cut my hair for 21 years and has never cut my ears off. Keep up the good work.
