So many choices! They have a serious selection of ice cream. And it’s delicious. We also love that they use compostable, earth-friendly products. We always stop here on our way through in the summer months. A+
I've never stayed in the rental, but I hear it is very nice. We stop and eat and the little walk up ice cream/sandwich shop at least once every year while on vacation. I recommend the bison burger and bison hot dog as well as both the natural root beer and natural ginger ale.
Ice cream was good. I had the butter pecan in a waffle cone. They were under staffed, but the gal that showed up to work did a great job.
We love going here for the dairy bar. Ice cream on vacation in the Keweenaw is a must. Mackinac Island Fudge is the flavor of choice and this place never disappoints me.

We did not stay here but they have an Ice Cream window which we totally enjoyed!
Very nice rental. Had a good time but had to buy a pillow and blanket in Calumet because of the highly scented detergent used on the linens. Not good for people with allergies.
I visit the UP every summer and trust me the ice cream is great and the NWC is worth supporting! I recommend checkingout seven mile point (:
