Nice place and nice people but I spend thousands there and when you try to get a free room that they constantly send you it is alway no. If you want comps I suggest you play somewhere else. I’m absolutely done trying.

Parking is easy and great but don't use the chargepoint chargers. I paid .80 cents a KwH last week. Prices were not posted. OBSCENE PRICE.

It's great! Always have a WONDERFUL, although non-profitable time their. We have YET, after over 20 years of going their, got a Jackpot over $100, after putting IN at least half, if not more, money into it! They have their SLOTS RIGGED/SET soooooo tight!! Be nice that if after dropping $200-$400...you could WIN, even if only here and their. Many people I know...will no longer go out their. They have far better luck...going to San Manuel, Morongo or Pala.

Just wanted to have a night out after eating dinner in Palm Springs. I was abrasively harassed by a man on the security team about what I was wearing. I was wearing an oversized boyfriend blazer and pleated suit shorts with a light cleavage. He yelled out that I needed to change and could not enter and sought to embarrass us. This is 2020 and there is a way to address a dress code. There are men in this casino wearing sweatpants and have 2 teeth. The security guard was seeking to embarrass a group of young women. If we are going to have an outdated dress code, the least you can do is articulate the policy is and quietly address the matter. This instance was unacceptable and the tone of how we were spoken to was dated and corny.

I want to like this place it was at one time my favorite place to go but there aren't enough Keno machines and the ones they have are not well maintained.

They among most casinos allow these obnoxious individuals to beat the hell out of their machines.

It's not bad here, just a bit far for me. Oh I forgot...it's a great place if you feel like losing money!! Their Slot's are too tight!!

This casino is very small and not over crowded at all. Just a few people playing the machines and even fewer at the table games. Just the right size crowd for me.
