Short story: The price was less that half of what i expected and workmanship was trice as good as what I had hoped.
Long story: 110% satisfied customer! My Ford Superduty F450, 7.3 L started sputtering on Hwy 90 on a trip from NY to S. Texas. I was able to make it to their shop just before they opened. It felt like i was given priority service because even though there were other vehicles already there, the mechanic began working on mine around 830 am.
He replaced broken ICP and vacuum pump and showed me both the old broken parts and the new parts.
Got me back up and running by the afternoon and my truck seemed to run better than ever before and I made it to S. Texas later that evening without any problems.
100% do I recommend this shop for any mechanical work. If I lived near here, this would be my go to mechanic! Fair, honest, superior quality work!
Incredible people that care and do a good job at the same time. Had a breakdown, they took my call after hours, looked at my truck first thing in the morning, and had me on the road by lunch!
I brought my 2010 Ford F250 super duty in to the shop to see what was wrong with it. He couldn't for sure determine what was the problem, but he didn't charge me anything. I had to give him something for taking the time to look at my truck. Thanks again!
I carried my 2000 f350 7.3 to these fine folks and they worked on her like she was there on. Money well spent .They communicated with me the whole time also. Thank y’all for everything shawna and Robert .
I had some some work done by them a couple of months ago, I’ve waited to write this review because I had some suspicions about the quality of there work….
Here’s what happened, I was driving in Beaumont and all of the sudden my truck started shaking pretty badly, I’ve only owned gas vehicles and have worked on them pretty extensively, and to me it seemed like a cylinder was missing. I find this place and bring it in they kept it a couple of days and they told me I had some injectors that went bad due to fuel ( I did fill up at a not so reputable gas station) so I get my truck back and a couple of days later the same thing happens again, I don’t live in this area so this is a big deal.
So I bring it back , and they said something went wrong with one of the injectors they were supposed to replace, but they stood by there word and work and nothing out of my pocket and my truck was fixed. When I went to pick it up the mechanic did tell me that they found metal shavings in the injector, which might be from an injector pump going out. ( at the time I didn’t know if they were trying to cover there tracks or if it really was a concern, because they didn’t say anything about it before on the phone, like if it was a concern then why not call me while you have the thing apart so I can make a decision on weather to replace it or not.)
So here’s what I found out, I was up in Arkansas it was raining and low and behold my water in fuel light comes on and I’m thinking here we go again, so I deal with that till I make it home to Oklahoma, at which point I add on another fuel filter (my dodge only had one which probably led to all my problems in the first place) I looked at my fuel cap and it seemed like the gasket wasn’t in good condition either, and sines both of my instances happened when it was raining and thought my wife was crazy for making the connection, figured it wouldn’t hurt to change that out, next thing I did was drop the fuel tank and clean it. To my surprise it was relatively clean the screen on the bottom looked fairly clean as well. Sooo
I’ve said all that to say this, I’ve double checked there work, they did what they said they did, I would probably bring my stuff back to them, my only complaint is that it is expensive, I can’t say that it would be any cheaper anywhere else though, it could just be the market value idk,
I spent roughly $600 per injector and got all 6 replaced that’s $3600 and about $3400 in labor, ending up at about $7000 , probably due to something as simple as a fuel cap. So good quality work , a little on the pricey side, It could come down to cheap labor isn’t good/ good labor isn’t cheap…… that’s what I keep telling myself anyway
This place right here....is THE BEST all around shop!!! Shauna did a wonderful job explaining our trucks problems. She is very personable and a genuinely good hearted person. ❤ They did EVERYTHING they could to get us the best price possible and speedy results. They worked with us in our situation. They even went above and beyond to truly show love to their customers. The customer service was the best that I have EVER experienced at ANY kind of business! The truck runs AMAZING now, thanks to Robert and their extremely knowledgeable crew. I would recommend them 100% to anyone!!!! Thank u guys for all ur help, love and hard work!!!
If you take your vehicle anywhere else you are crazy. These people are AWESOME!!! Reasonable & quick as can be. If I am ever in Beaumont again and have vehicle trouble, these are the only people I will call. Oh yeah....ask about the Cajun Pickles!! :)
This shop is the real deal. The owners operate with honesty and integrity at very fair rates. I am from out of town and went here based on a recommendation. They solved a complicated issue on my diesel truck, they did it timely and with the upmost customer service. Beaumont should be proud that this couple serves their community.
