This Company was one of the most amazing I’ve been to. There are family owned and small business, and they are very polite and kind. Brandy is a very kind and sweet lady. She helped me so much and even help me with the price and the mechanics. They were very patient and kind to me. I would totally recommend their service to anyone.
Not good at following up. My initial visit in person went well and I was excited about getting my vehicle serviced. However, when I followed up with the company the next day by telephone the young lady who answered the phone did not follow up with me after she said she would. I would not recommend. Due to poor customer service.
We are so grateful to the team over at Affordable Towing & Auto. When our other towing service failed us, they were johnny on the spot after we called, they arrived to help us about 25 minutes later. Their actual tow truck was quite a distance away, so a gentleman took his personal vehicle with a floor jack to come assist us in safely changing our tire to a spare. He got it done in what felt like no time, and assured us he would be happy to replace our tire in the morning at their shop. We received a polite text 15 minutes after they opened the following morning letting us know our replacement tire was ready to be installed, so we drove the car with the spare over to their (very clean and inviting) shop where we met an extremely kind woman in the office. Everyone at Affordable Towing & Auto is lovely, and we are grateful for their help in assisting us, when AAA left us stranded for hours. Thank you to Leonard and team for quality and quick service!
Affordable auto repair and tow have been a great company thus far with me. I have the 2014 Nissan versa note that the previous owner did not take care of, but affordable repair was able to get the car running the way it should and they were affordable as well in the work. They even fixed my mother's 2011 Chevy Cruze and found out that the previous mechanics at haku auto had not done which they should have in the first place. When haku auto repaired or so they said my mother's Chevy Cruze they replaced the thermostat and said that the electric fan could not be changed from being in the high setting all the time unless it was taken to a dealership. That was incorrect. Affordable auto into found out that there is a sensor that controls the way the electric fan runs and replaced it. However, because that sensor was not changed the water pump as well had broken down causing the car to overheat. They were able to work with my mother in the cost of the repairs. Don't be fooled by reviews of haku auto they also will harass you if you give them a bad review as well so beware. I don't know about the towing aspect of affordable auto, but the auto repair part it’s definitely a place I will take my vehicles next time.
I go here for everything for any of my vehicles. The people are super friendly and decently priced. Always do a good job.
First impressions are always a must!
Having an issue with my vehicle and my husband went in and spoke to a lady who said they would send someone out to look at it after taking down my address, phone number and name. 2.5hrs later, no one so he calls and she said they were still out running calls, ok fine. Well the day goes by and Ive wasted my time and no one ever came or so much as called to say they got behind. I called the next morning to inquire if someone would come out and the first guy sounded rude and like he didn’t want to be bothered so he passed the phone to another guy that had no idea what I was talking about. I asked about the info she wrote down and they said she didn’t write anything info down when my husband said he watched her did. It was a complete waste of my day, but I was able to find another great shop and towing service nearby the next day.
They really took care of me, from picking up truck on rollback,to having me repaired and ready the next day!!! Excellent service, would recommend to anyone and everyone! Dodge dealer was a week out to even eval my truck.
HIGHLY UNETHICAL- This place claims to have moved a storage building, that belongs to our company, onto their lot at the request of the landowner. Our company had no knowledge of the move, having never been notified. When we finally located the building, we were met with hostility and told that we had to pay $6790 in storage fees before we could have our building back. They refuse to give a written invoice, claiming "telling us is enough." Highly unethical business practices on display.
