I called in at 9:30 in the morning when my shower was pushing out cold then hot water and back to cold. They put me on the schedule for that day and Michael came out before 12. He was awesome! Within a few minutes he knew what was wrong and had it fixed. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. Pricing was reasonable and Michael was the best!

Yeleno O, here is my response to your review. You are totally mistaken on what transpired on your plumbing repair:

1) we arrived at your home and your washing machine supply valves located in the washer box were leaking. We installed 2 new valves and installed 2 washer supply hoses that you furnished. This work was a total of parts and labor of $312.00. In addition, the plumber removed your fridge and checked the supply line to the ice maker. He was also shown a 3 handle tub shower valve that all the trim, handles and stems were totally worn out. The kit that you purchased was on the top of the toilet tank and we did not even open it because we saw that it was not the correct repair kit.

2) you called back a day or so later and stated that your washing machine was leaking when you turned it on to run a cycle. We advised you that we had the parts for your tub shower valve repair and would check the washer when we came back to fix the tub shower valve. We also advised you that if the washing machine was leaking only when you tried to run a cycle that your machine could have a leak and that we did not work on appliances.

3) we returned with the tub shower valve repair kit and installed all the new parts on the valve and removed all the old ones. While there we offered to look at the washing machine and the gentleman there stated that if we could not fix the machine to just leave it be. Again, we advised him that there were no leaks on the work we did but we did not work on appliances. The charge for the tub shower repair with the trim and new handles was a total of $333.00 parts and labor.

4) the total of the $645.00, was for the parts and labor that you paid for 2 jobs, one being the washer box rebuild and the other being the tub shower rebuild.

Terrible customer service. We had our HOA schedule a building water shut-off from 10-12 am as Affordable said they’d be here at 10 am to replace a main water valve. Finally, at 11 am when no plumber came, I called Affordable only to find out they cancelled our appointment. They did not even have the courtesy to reach out to me to let me know. If I wouldn’t have called them I would have had no information Now other work we had scheduled for this afternoon can’t be done and we will be spending more time and money. Thanks for nothing Affordable

Will never use them Again

Excellent company, Stuart and David went out of their way when replacing a toilet because of a crack in the tank. Replacement was finished in record time, charge was more than reasonable and we were treated with kindness and understanding. I would highly recommend this company.

Our washing machine started to leak. Neighbor recommended this company. Plumber came and charged us $312 for 1.5 hours of work. First time we used washing machine - it started to leak even more than before "repair". We also needed old shower faucet to be replaced so plumber came back. We bought replacement kit for $100 already, but plumber said it's wrong and charged us for another one. Regarding washing mashine he said problem is with appliance. We were not expected to be charged for faucet as we already payed more than $300 for nothing. I got very unpleasantly surprised plumber charged us another $333 for faucet. Now we have leaking washing mashine and plumber charged us $645 to replace $80 faucet!!!!!!!

He also took with him our new handle for cold water, so now I cant return "incorrect" $100 kit...

This is frustrating and unacceptable ????....I guess I better start learning how to change faucet handle as I am making $80 a day working in the store and can not possibly pay $645 to change old cheap faucet handles...

Affordable Plumbing did a great job installing my hot water heater. The price was just right. Even though my heater had some extra controls, they were able to install it flawlessly.

I needed a garbage disposal installed and called Affordable Plumbing. They made me an appointment and the plumber called and arrived when promised. The disposal was installed very quickly and I was very happy with both the work and price. I will definitely call them again with my future plumbing needs!

I called them at 6 AM on a Sunday morning in desperate need of a plumber. I hadn't had water since Saturday night. A nail had gone through my copper pipe leading to my hot water tank. They were very responsive and had my water back on a couple of hours later. The next morning they replaced the pipes. I had 2 different technicians and they were both very good. I will definitely use them again.
