Stacey is the definition of honest. He’s a great guy, has been my mechanic for over 10 years. I’ll only buy Honda/Toyota so that I can keep using Stacey and Affordable care.
First time customer. Now a customer for life. Stacey and team are responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. Took my car to a dealership for a checkup and was told I had a laundry list of problems that would total me $2,500. The folks at affordable did a thorough inspection, found one issue for minimal expense. Stacey was patient and answered all of my questions, understood my hesitancy and treated me with so much respect. When I thanked him at the end of the service he made the values of the shop clear: we respect our customers, everyone is welcomed here and there are no dumb questions. A very welcomed experience after nearly being bamboozled at the dealership!!
Stacey really cares about cars and his customers! Honest, reliable, and absolutely knows his stuff. He has been taking great care of my Prius for years and always has the best price when I needed a part of battery replaced. Bring your car EARLY as his schedule fills up quick.
I used to come here all the time. they usually did a good job, but the last time I went they completely forgot to put the oil cap back on. they also drilled extra holes in my car for no reason. unfortunately I can’t recommend them anymore. They are way too busy and do a shotty job.

Incredible service! Stacy and his repairmen are extremely competent. Stacy is also a very honest mechanic. Several close friends are also customers. I wouldn't trust my Prius to anyone else ever.
This has got to be the best place on the damn planet as far as I'm concerned. I found them 3 years ago. Before that I went to Meineke and they made sure my car was not smooth running. They actually made any situation ???? worse with their lack of knowledge of cars. I would drive my car away in worse shape than when I went in. I did that for 3 years before I reached out on Nextdoor for a recommendation and was told about Affordable Hollywood. Some customers will drive for hours to get their cars serviced at this place. I'm close by but I will wait in the waiting room for hours if I have to and don't mind. That's how busy they are. My car has been serviced so well the past 3 years, I can't even hear it run.
Best auto repair shop in LA. Stacy and his crew are honest, kind, and fast. On top of that, he has a cool rock collection in the office! Can’t recommend these guys enough. Thank you so much Stacy!
