I' a Disabled Marine Corps Veteran and I cannot say enough about the honesty, dedication, and integrity of Matt and his mechanic , who is a fellow Marine Veteran, from the moment I walked in yesterday to his delivery of my purchased vehicle to my driveway today. There was no salesman style pitch, only the friendly comradery of a guy you'd think I'd known my whole life. This man bent over backwards to get me the best vehicle at the best price he could make possible for me. I walked in not knowing if I was in the right place and left thankfully knowing that I truly was. I know I not only found a car dealer I could depend on for any imaginable future vehicle purchases & mechanical needs, but left feeling like id truly made a new friend. I don't know what the few negative reviews I saw could've been about, other than likely buyer error. For any and all future used car and auto mechanic needs, this is the man you want to go to. This is actually the first review of any facility I've ever written and I'm so glad it is, and I give you my word as a United States Marine Corps Veteran.
We message the owner to see a car, due to their personal plans we agreed to meet after. When we got there ( be mindful we are not local) apparently they sold the exact car we made the appointment to see at the time we got there.(which we made it before the time requested) We were then told that's how business is done! We wanted to see the car earlier but waited because they asked us to wait. SMH. If this is the type of customer service they offer, stay clear. So unprofessional, and no sense if customer value.
I needed an “affordable”, yes, but also a dependable car, and I was fortunate enough to find Affordable Auto and Matt Ramsay.
He showed me a couple different vehicles, and gave me time to decide which was the best fit; I ended up buying a Toyota Camry, and I am happy with it: runs well, gets decent gas mileage and has lots of features, especially considering the price I paid.
The best part about buying from Matt, however, is the customer service he has provided. My car had a check engine light come on after I had purchased it, so I called and asked him about it. He fixed it very shortly afterwards, and charged me nothing for his expertise and his labor.
A couple of weeks later, I wondered about the health of the timing belt, since my car has been around more than twenty years. Matt asked me to bring it in to his shop 2 days later, and checked the hard to get to belt, and showed it to me ( it was fine after all, but I am relieved. )
I highly recommend this business because of the fella who stands (and works!) behind it.

I didn't think I'd ever meet an honest used car salesman. Matt is fantastic, stands behind his cars, and made the whole buying process painless.
I'm most impressed because our car wasn't perfect. (it's a used car, none are.) We had an issue, and Matt bent over backwards to deal with it. Other dealers would run from a problem. Matt worked with us, ultimately making the car better than it was. My daughter has a safe, reliable ride that she can afford. Highly recommend.
Hands down best used car I’ve driven off a car lot, Matt did a great job everything mechanical is working and in great condition front tire back, electrically everything is great, great price for a reliable and good car. Had it for 2 months so far and not a single problem at all. Amazed and will definitely be back if I ever need another quality vehicle

Great service. Professional. Always accommodating and working with you to get your car fixed. I purchased a vehicle from him and it was the smoothest transaction I ever had. Always upfront and honest about the car and always will go out of his way to make the customer happy. Would recommend to family and friends.
Matt is a great mechanic! He runs a family owned shop and his family is so sweet! Since servicing my vehicles with him I have learned a lot about cars myself! He explains exactly what I need and why I need it (even what I don't need and why I don't need it). If I'm unclear about something he will explain and give me the breakdown again. His prices are reasonable and he is willing to work things out. I finally found a mechanic I feel I can trust. Thanks Matt.
