As I walked in to the Pavilion, the young lady behind the desk smiled and let me know she will be with me in just a moment. She checked me in with ease and speed. The technician that did my CT was beautiful and had the best personality, helping ease my anxiety about the scan.

The entire process didn't take 45 minutes and everyone from check into test was extremely kind and helpful, again helping ease any stress that existed.

The help I received was wonderful. Linda who helped me book the appointment really went to bat for me. She made me feel very secure. The staff at the clinic were also great. I don't do well with needles and they were very understanding. I think the whole thing was top notch. Thanks to all of them.

Imaging staff are completely awesome!! I had 2 scheduled, 1 at 9 am, the other at 11:30 am, MRI technician Jason was so awesome, finished my first one in 15 mins, and went straight into the other. Just so I wouldn't have to wait and come back, finished the 2nd one with 9 seconds to spare! Great work, great care, and great classical music through the headset too.

Went in for my 20 week pregnancy anatomy scan. Everyone was super friendly, especially our ultrasound technician. Paperwork was simple and handled well. Overall experience is 10/10.

I found the staff the perfect balance, professionals that cared about their patients and had respect for all of the coworkers. They have managed to make patients feel cared for, safe and looked after by a team of amazing Doctors, nurses, nurses aid, housekeeping, physical therapy and the food services! They all were impressive from the moment I entered the facility until the follow up care.

The doctor and nurses were amazing. Put my mind at ease, and this was a pleasant experience I wasnt expecting there. Thank you so much!

I appreciate ???? the care I received, from each department, my nurse exray booking me in . The Dr. AND nurse heard me about my Lymes. And my pain n suffering. Frist time I received intervens , help fight my inflammation all over me . Actually theses last few visits , the Dr's the nurses n booking in. I have truly appreciated. Thank you all truly ???? ❤️

I had a severe migraine & throwing up for over 12 hours. I finally couldn’t take it anymore and I was severely dehydrated I’m sure… So I went to the ER in Ukiah and they not only got me in quickly. They treated me quickly and within an hour I felt better the entire emergency crew was so kind and understanding and loving to me.
