Literally the worst medical office ever. It’s impossible to get a prescription filled. No one returns my calls. Doctor doesn’t ever reply to emails. You have to follow up 10 times to get a simple response. I’ve spoke with the supervisor multiple times and they’re just as useless. It should be illegal to neglect your patients like this. Whenever I’ve tried to see my doctor, his next available appointment is 3 months out. This place should be shut down
Staff is nice & I was seen on time for my appointment with the eye doctor. Dr. B was nice & the rest of the staff seem to know what they are doing.
If I could’ve gave them zero stars I would. I had an appointment scheduled and was cancelled without trying to reach me on my phone in advance. It’s disrespectful of peoples time, and apparently it happens on weekly basis to much more people. Don’t go to this clinic, especially not to the obgyn clinic.
This poor review is for Dr. Augusto Castrillon. At the very worst he is prejudice and is perpetuating the experience of black women in the western healthcare system that we are unheard, unseen and uncared for. At the very least he is unprofessional, uncaring and a disgrace to the medical profession. He would have billed my insurance for a full annual check up and did not do that work. In any other profession, billing for work you didn’t do, that would be considered stealing and is grounds for firing at worst and a write up or probation at the least. It’s fraudulent behavior and I was told he does this to many patients. I was in his office for 3 minutes for a so-called annual check up. I said, “That’s it? You’re not going on check me?” He sent me to triage who also did none of that. What a waste. I promise you these doctors don’t care and are only collecting checks.
"Unfortunately, my experience with the medical care provided was extremely disappointing. Despite scheduling an appointment for 10:00 am and arriving promptly at 9:50 am, I found myself waiting until 11:20 am to finally see the doctor. The purpose of my visit was to receive treatment and assistance, yet the reality was far from it. Instead of a place of healing, it seemed to exacerbate stress and anxiety. I hope that future improvements will ensure a more efficient and considerate experience for patients."
Avoid at all costs. Went here for a routine gyno appt in 2017 and Dr. Moisa-Babii misled me into getting a biopsy so she could run up my insurance. She then messed up the actual biopsy giving me scarring that years later I learned had made me infertile. Horrible place with horrible doctors.

My favorite Physician is Dr. Andrea Gray! She goes far and beyond for her patients. My daughter is 3 and Autistic and there isn’t anything that this “Wonder Woman” wouldn’t do to make us more comfortable. She is truly the best at what she does. We are forever grateful to Advantage Care for all of their staff and our Wonder Woman Dr. Andrea Gray.
