Finally found some time to post a review. I have used Advantage Auto Movers a couple times now and have zero complaints. Love working with these guys. Matter of fact last week they delivered a 2015 Audi Q7 from North Carolina. Got a great deal and great service. They instructed the driver to provide me with pictures before they loaded the vehicle which I really appreciated. Would use them time and time again. Definitely recommend them.
Andre and team were INCREDIBLE! We had to get our classic Corvette to Nor Cal from So Cal. Andre was prompt and thorough with communication throughout the entire thing. Transaction/payment was more affordable and easier than any of the other companies I have talked to in the last week or two. Very happy with their customer service and care for our precious car. I flew to LA recently to lease a new electric car (and visit a friend) from Texas. I was planning to use the dealership's auto mover and decided to last minute to search online for a better rate. I came across Advantage Auto Movers, read the good reviews, and called them. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service over the phone and especially the shipping quote. My car was picked up as soon as it was ready and it took only exactly 7 days to arrive as promised. Driver called the same day he was going to arrive with a time window and then called as he got closer to my home to give me an accurate time of arrival. Great all round service, highly recommend!
Awesome service! Last minute shipment of a specialty vehicle was handled very professionally. Had some late night difficulty with the seller getting his payment and the driver being able to pick up the vehicle, both Advantage Auto Movers and their driver went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to get my vehicle to me quickly and safely! The price was very fair also. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.
Nothing but good things to say about Advantage Auto Movers. Andre and his team went above and beyond to transport my vehicle while dealing with a rather complicated situation on my end. Despite these unique challenges Andre stuck with me through the end to ensure a safe and complete delivery. He was professional throughout the process and was easy to reach when I had questions. Price was fair and they made payment fast and easy. I will look to them in the future should I need to transport a vehicle again.
WARNING ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I felt I needed to leave a review of Andre and Advantage Auto Movers after a horrible experience. I selected this company based on the positive reviews but my own experience was extremely negative. I spoke with Andre on Monday, July 23 to ship my care from Sausalito CA to Grand Rapids MI. Andre gave me a quote, took my credit card info over the phone, and told me my pick up would be between Monday July 30- Wed. August 1. Andre told me he would call me back in 2-3 days to confirm. I did not hear back from him during that time so I called on Friday- only to get the answering machine. Then I called several times on Monday (the first day of my window of the car to be picked up) again only the answering machine- no person, left voice messages, texts, and never heard back. I finally needed to call another company to get my car shipped. I don't think I have ever experience poor communication of this caliber. Andre is very nice on the phone but is very unprofessional and will abandon you during a very stressful of moving.
Awesome guy to deal with. Right before Christmas need a car to p/u from Michigan, deliver to Washington state and he (Andrey) made it happened. Very honest, responded quickly, and photos of the car been taken ones car been loaded, so no surprises in the end.
Five star company.
Had a great experience, they delivered two vehicles from California to Michigan in a timely manner. Great customer service from Andre who kept us informed throughout.
