I used Advanced Moving Service recently for my relocation from Lubbock to Austin and I cannot say enough about them! Their customer service and experience was great. Brett and his team went above and beyond to take care of me as I was in a tight spot and had a very tight timeline. They were all very generous and kind men. My belongings all arrived in great condition and without any damages, not to mention their timing and urgency to get me taken care of. Additionally, pricing is competitive! I would highly recommend using Advanced Moving Service for all of your moving needs. They provided me with full-service and I am high satisfied with the service. Thank you gentlemen!
I have used them before and they did a great job! Recommended by a family member who was very satisfied with them. Moving again, scheduled my move a month ago! Tomorrow was the day, I been calling for 3 days with no response . I tried 6 times today, and sent texts. I’ve given up and arraigned someone different. Very dissatisfied. I actually recommended them to my realtor and the new buyers of our house. Of course I contacted them both and told them of their unreliability. Very unreliable!!
Awesome experience with this company. This was my second time to use them. They were prompt, professional and courteous. I had one extremely large piece of furniture to move (in addition to other furniture, boxes and miscellaneous items) and they were careful and inventive on how to move this piece. I highly recommend this company for your moving needs.
I HIGHLY recommend Advanced Moving Service. We moved family to San Antonio, and it could not have gone more smoothly. Brett and Justin showed up Day 1(in Lubbock) right on time (or maybe even a little early) and got everything loaded in about an hour. They were even able to take out a large desk through a small door that previous movers had to disassemble.
Day 2 (in San Antonio) they again showed but on time or maybe a little earlier, and had everything unloaded, set up and in place in an hour.
Both young men were nice and polite and easy to work with.

The movers were supposed to show up at 8 am to move my grandmother's belongings to a new retirement home. Not only did they not show up but didnot answer their phone either. We have tried multiple times to get into contact with them to no avail, meanwhile my Grandmother has all of her belongings moved out into the main lobby of her current residence and it has all been a huge mess. My Grandmother has health issues and does not need this added stress. This is so wrong to do to somebody let alone the elderly.
My daughter was due to move across town on Saturday April 13th. I spoke with Brett to book the move and he promised he would phone a couple of days beforehand to confirm everything. I called him on Friday as I had not heard anything. On Saturday, one hour before they were due to turn up, he phoned and left a message saying that the rainy conditions were too dangerous and offered to do it later Saturday or even Sunday. We called, emailed and texted back CONSTANTLY but they have fallen off the face of the earth. I have still not heard from them. Very disappointed. Please do not use this company.
What an incredible experience with a difficult task! We are so pleased with the professionalism and courtesy that was shown during our recent move. The men that assisted us were prompt, thorough, and so patient as we went throughout the day. I highly recommend this company for all your moving needs!
