1st time in RV, overheating, Advance Towing off I10 exit107 Ft Hancock. Translation thru phone app no English, let me wait while repaired 5 tires for others, 7 gallons antifreeze and service $397 Female owner verbally rude, mad I ? cost, said pay or she'd call the Sheriff, men were polite, owner needs to get a grip, I just asked about charges.
Don’t leave your stuff inside the cars they will get in and STEAL your stuff and break your car parts as well my glove box function very well before now it doesn’t even close beware of SCAMMERS THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY

6.they put a used fan and said it was new.. overall worst replacement job on the radiator it leaks.

8. Learn from our very awful experience call roadside from clint or El paso it will be cheaper

While on a family RV trip in the middle of the day in July, we blew a tire and wrecked the rim somewhere in the TX desert 45 miles outside of El Paso. They found us within 30 mins, using coordinates, and had us on our way with a new tire within another 15 mins. So grateful for their patience, kindness, and caring help!
I will recommend this company to anyone needing towing or services. Great owners and staff. They went over and beyond to help my husband and myself when our box truck blew a tire around 10pm on the highway.
They provided us with a ride to a motel across from the business so that we could get back to our truck. The truck was ready to pick up early the next morning.
Very professional and knowledgeable. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you Maria it was a pleasure.
Don’t let the other reviews fool you this towing company is the most corrupted and expense place to go have my car towed in there and they even STOLED my extra tire , and they have the audacity to tell me they didn’t STOLED IT, they brought it out for inside the shop, SCAMMER
I will recommend this company to anyone needing towing or services. Great owners and staff . They went over and beyond to help me when my minicooper stopped in the middle of no where at night witch is very dangerous for a female . They did more than my insurance very professional and knowledgeable I would give them a 10 if I could .
DO NOT use this towing company! The wife Maria is rude disrespectful and very dishonest. She will want to tow your vehicle/rv to their garage and then charge you storage for as long as it is there.
