I was the victim of a hit and run. The whole drivers side was messed up, it was horrible. Terry was the perfect man for the job. He calmed my fears and worked with my insurance. This shop went above and beyond to give me my car back quickly and I swear it's never looked better. I told him I didn't expect perfection and he said he would give it to me anyway, and he did. They gave me a car to drive while mine was being repaired and had it done a day early. I can't recommend Terry highly enough. When you pick up your car you'll want to hug him.
I had a great experience at this place and would recommend it to everyone. My first experience was about a scratch on my front bender and Terry quoted me a reasonable price and I said I would be back. I sort of forgot about it until a guy went down the side of the car. I went around getting quotes and Terry only quoted me a third of what every one else asked.Every one said 3 to 6 weeks.Terry had my car ready in 1 week. He even painted the front bender without me asking. My car looked Brand new and they even took it and had it cleaned which was very much needed.They are a great bunch of guys and I truly recommend them to everyone to stop by and get your car renewed by them. Took parts off my car never replace them.
Took over 6 weeks to do trim work, air conditioning which they took serveral weeks . A lot of promise to do the work were made but they never completed from week to week. Then Terry stop answering his phone. They put on struts I purchase my suspension worked good before they put the new ones on which they had aligned from profit and they had to aligned twice. All in all it was a bad experience for me.
I was nervous bringing my car to get fixed after someone hit me. I was assured that it would be a painless experience and it was. I was rented a car right when I dropped my car off and was told 5 days to get my car and it was just that. I was able to get text messages on the update of my car and pictures of everything. Terry definitely kept his word and I appreciate that so much. Also my car looks like new!!
I found Advance Collision in the fall of 2019 about 2 months after I had moved down to Charlotte from Boston. I had been in an accident and as a new resident to NC, I had absolutely no idea where to go. I followed the recommendation of someone at the local Pep Boys. Terry and his team were amazing at handling my accident with insurance, making sure I got a rental car and doing a terrific job at repairing my vehicle body damage! The repair was done so well that no one would have known there was an accident. I now take my car to him anytime I have auto body damage and recommend Advance collision to anyone who needs auto body repairs done.
I always bring my Cars to Terry ever since he fixed my Chevy back in 2015 after someone purposely stopped in front of me trying to get insurance money. messed up my front end pretty bad. When Terry and his team was done with it you couldn't even tell it was in an accident drove amazing looked amazing. Brought my Subaru to him after an accident at 5pm need a new suspension system Terry had my car done late the next day and ready for pick up on a Sunday. Very fair upfront pricing no hidden fees or bullcrap. when he quoted me a price I couldn't afford he went over the work that needed to be done and let me know what was absolutely needed and what would be cosmetic. Since I was paying out of pocket for this accident I didn't care to have a dent or a few scratches. Picked up the car and test drove it and frankly it drove better after he fixed it than before I got hit.
My chevy Cruz 2016 front end was total loss for others but I called Terry and he said bring it here. 2 weeks later the car is returned to me in New condition inside and outside. This business is the truth when it comes to body work, professionalism and understanding. I will continue to do business with this company and you should try him. He does it all from paint flip to body work.
BEWARE!! All vendors and parts suppliers this company will write bad checks and promise to call with credit card to pay "which never happens" if you sell them anything make sure it is cash only!!
