I confirmed and reserved a van from business owner Marilyn last week. I go in at my pick up time and no one is there. I try calling and call dropped automatically. I called another number listed on their page a guy answered and said they’re not in business they have insurances issues. Now here I am an hour before I leave to take my daughters to Disney trying to find a rental. DO NOT RENT!!!!!
Cary was great to work with. She listened to my needs, made suggestions and set me up with the appropriate vehicle. If you need to rent a passenger van larger than an SUV, don't waste your time with Enterprise, Hertz, Budget, or Dollar Rental... they advertise these vehicles, but never have them available. Adobe Transportation is also locally owned and I always do my best to support local businesses.
Thank you for all of your patience and assistance getting our family to Williams, AZ for the Polar Express Train. The van we rented was absolutely perfect. We will definitely contact you in the future if we are going to do another whole family ( 4 generations) adventure as our great grandsons called it.
Due primarily to the pandemic, my employers have needed to repeatedly cancel a large, significant steering committee meeting for one of our grants. I'd make detailed arrangements with multiple vendors, only to end up withdrawing them last-minute. Paul at Adobe Transport was one person with whom I've had to cancel- but he has stuck with me these years, continuously prompt in communicating and very understanding. We finally were able to hold our meeting this January, and the service was fantastic. Angie and Kathy were very personable, interested in our group and obviously eager to take care of us. Most (perhaps all) transportation companies with whom I've worked are exactly opposite- not personable at all.
This was a very challenging meeting for us, and I am grateful to Adobe for taking care of the small things that really matter most.
I worked with Adobe to arrange last minute van rentals for a production taking place in Tucson and they were super responsive and helpful when arranging the vehicles we needed for the time we needed despite it being very short notice. The vehicles were clean and in great shape on both days we picked them up as well, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Thank you to Adobe Transportation, especially Paul Kaufman. Our company had their annual meeting at the Loews Ventana Canyon and Adobe Transportation handled all our airport transportation seamlessly. We also had dinners at 7 different restaurants and Paul scheduled the transportation for this without a hitch! Adobe Transportation took a lot of work off my plate for our event. Paul is so easy to work with and very adaptable to all the changes we had. I can't say enough about this company.
We worked with Adobe for a week-long work retreat in Tucson. The whole Adobe team was professional and friendly. I can't say enough good things about the drivers we had. Paul was great to work with on planning and always responded promptly. I would highly recommend Adobe Transportation.

I needed to take a group of 15 people to Sonoita, Adobe Transportation was the best option for us. GREAT price, the Van was VERY!! new, clean and handled GREAT on the road. Everyone was very comfortable and had enough space.
The vans are very modern and well designed so even though they are large in size, they handle very well on the road an have all the fancy sensor technology to help you when parking and driving around.
I will definitely be going with Adobe Transportation for my next trip.
