Been pushed around to different physiotherapist at the Adelaide and Moorgreen msk department and now complaining to Solent Trust but that seems as useless as the rest this service is not fit for purpose
Does not even deserve 1 star. Was seen by physiotherapist twice with sharp pains for years, been told nothing is wrong with my hip even before they had a look at it!!! Feels like they try to get you out of the room as soon as they can and do not actually care about helping.
Booked a health check up with the Solent GP Surgery two weeks ago, when I arrived for it yesterday I was told it had been canceled. Apparently as it involved a blood test it needed to be before 3pm which they really should have known at the time I made the booking and had plenty of time to realise this and contact me to re-arrange well in advance and save me a wasted journey. with admin like that it doesn't matter how good the doctors are as you'll be lucky to see them. No confidence in this practice now.
I went for a Podiatrist appointment on 6/7/2022 and needed to use the stairs because the lift was out of order. Given that people who visit the Podiatrist are likely to suffer mobility issues using the stairs is risky for them and an undesirable situation.
The treatment I received however couldn’t be faulted
Does not even deserve a star , doctors lovely the surgery very well maintained but the reception staff are shockingly rude and unbelievably terrible at helping and communicating, I will be filling a formal complaint towards the recipient staff and I will be changing my survey away from Adelaide and I suggest most people do not join the surgery.
They helped my son with a conversion disorder which made walking difficult without support. It was a complete success and he now lives a normal life after struggling for some time. I couldn't ask for more.
Had my Booster injection there last Sunday ..very efficient very organized very quick.well done to all staff for giving up a Sunday to help get the Booster injections out ..much appreciated ????
I was told I will get a email by my physio physiotherapist for some exercises as I have a weakness in my right knee it has gone over a week and still no exercises really not happy I have done review from the link what they sent me
