Ordered food last night. It was over $140.00. Went to heat up my soup and literally puked. ???? I would like a refund. Black hair in the soup, immediately lost my appetite. Gag reflex took awhile to go away. To top it off, there was another black hair in it. Reached put to the restaurant multiple ways and ZERO response. ALL MY FOOD WENT IN THE GARBAGE. I should get a refund. Customer service is when something doesn't go as planned and NO RESPONSE. Soup was cold, butter looked like it sat out for hours.
This was our first time here and we had reservations..took over an hour to get our order. Food came and I had a damn flower on my salmon. All the food looked good..I bite into my asparagus and it's cold and my soup salty. That's not the issue I have because I do understand it a Saturday and very busy..the issue is that when I told the server (Kelly) she seemed to get an attitude with me. Anywho they take it back and send out all burnt ones. Not sure if someone was trying to be funny or what but I will not be returning.
We have dined at Addison’s Steakhouse multiple times, and every visit has been perfect. From the incredible meals to the service, it has always been top notch. Addison’s is our go-to whenever we are in the area, and it is so easy to recommend them. Love this spot!
My husband and I went here to celebrate a birthday on a Saturday. The place was pretty crowded as there was a private party celebration. We had drinks, an appetizer and entrees. The craft cocktails were nice. The crab cakes appetizer were good. However, our entrees were mediocre. He had steak, potatoes and seasonal veggies. His steak was cooked well, but not seasoned well. I had the scallop meal. The marinade/flavoring of the scallops, rice and veggies were not good. I barely touched it. To our disappointment, Both of our vegetables seemed to be frozen instead of fresh. Lastly, I’m not sure if they do any type of special complimentary birthday dessert like most high end restaurants do (such as writing happy birthday on a plate with a dessert) but they did not, which was a let down (even though we did tell the hostess and waitress we were celebrating a birthday). For the price of the food, I would avoid this place as you can go downtown for a better atmosphere and better quality food. I would not recommend this place to friends to go to eat and do not see myself going back.
I've always wanted to try this place and last night we finally did! The restaurant was packed, but there was a table in the back sports bar area and we asked to sit in the back, I'm glad we did.
Our server Kelly was super helpful and friendly. I ordered my steak wrong ???? and she sweetly sent it back to cook a bit longer. Thank you for that Kelly!
To start, we ordered mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce. Nothing extra special about those, but they were definitely good. They are wrapped like an egg roll but inside was a hefty amount of mozzarella goodness and crunch with a soft cheesy pull.. cooked just right!
Hands down the thickest and CHEESIEST mozzarella stick I've ever had. The marina sauce was very good and full of red sauce goodness!
I ordered the Surf & Turf (Ribeye and Lobster) grilled asparagus and loaded mashed potatoes... DELICIOUS!! My steak was medium well, tender and juicy right of the grill.. Perfect! The asparagus was also grilled, but not over done. The loaded mashed were exactly as described on the menu and loaded full of flavor.
My boyfriend ordered the Porterhouse steak, loaded mashed potatoes sauteed vegetables, he LOVED it! Nothing was over cooked, which is perfect for us.
The atmosphere was as you would expect being seated in the bar and we were ok with that. It was actually more quiet than the table area was.
I think they had a very large group out there and boy, they were seemingly having a BLAST..lol. ( a few sounds of breaking glass from an overly excited customer) I'm sure the staff was slightly annoyed, but they all seemingly handled it with grace and a few eye rolls after the second or third break????????????‍♀️
We ended our dinner with a nice sized piece of Strawberry cheesecake and my boyfriend had a double chocolate cake to go. Both desserts were OUTSTANDING!!
I do think next time I'll ask for extra strawberry sauce as I like a lot of it!
All in all we will definitely go back. There are other dishes that sounded very good and we'd like to try them for sure.
Hopefully we can have Kelly again as our server. That women deserves a raise????????
We have only been here twice, but each time the food has been absolutely amazing. Service outstanding!
The steak was cooked perfect, lobster was delicious. The Cesar salad- yummy!
Appetizers: garlic butter steak skewers, and the mozzarella rolls!! ????
Then for dessert the 4 layer chocolate cake- you can’t go wrong!
Came for Easter brunch, the food was fantastic, the restaurant was packed(some of my party complained, I how ever didn't mind considering it was Easter and the food was delicious) I got the gouda Burger with added jalapeno.
My stake and my daughters stake was so dry, we couldn't eat it. Sides didn't have any seasonings...food tasted like cardboard. I liked only bread, fries and calamari.
