Went here after having some issues with my prescription at Boots. (Nothing huge, but I wanted to try a different pharmacy.) On the plus side: 1) This is a friendly neighborhood pharmacy. 2) It's rarely busy, and queues are correspondingly infrequent. On the minus side: 1) Ordinarily, they won't text or phone you when your prescription is ready. 2) Saturday hours are limited and the pharmacy is closed Sundays. 3)
The selection of nonprescription products on display is quite limited.
For the time being, however, it meets my needs
This pharmacy has served my dad for a number of years now. He has multiple medications and recently his condition has worsened so interim medicine is prescribed. The staff are great. Everyone is very respectful and helpful, even when the place can be very busy. We have had our COVID vaccinations there too and these have been done without any issues. A community business that should be appreciated ????
Good location next to bus stops that go either way.

Store appeared to need a decent clean though and had a strange smell inside.
I usually find this pharmacy has the medicine/prescription we need compared to latchwood and boots that are both on the same road...
so helpful and friendly, needed to get covid and flu jab urgently due to ill health pharmacist slotted me and my husband in next day . So very greatful thankyou Addiscombe pharmacy staff.
Went there today for a COVID booster refused to give it. Booked everything as directed by my Surgery and through NHS App as requested by GP Practice.
First class, always helpful and nothing seems too much trouble. I have used this pharmacy for my repeat medication for many years. An observation from another review, I have never met or spoken with a member of staff who does not speak English.
Always quick, efficient and polite.
Used this pharmacy for 5 years for repeat prescriptions and flu jabs etc. Great pharmacists and polite helpful staff. Would highly recommend.
