Outstanding lads and ladys here willing to help your every needs medically highly recommend them fellas are always so nice here and it makes your feel so comfortable while you wait they have a sitting area and always ask how you are doing and nice to have a chatt with always professional and high standards they know what is what and will help you in every way they can also it's just had a refurbishment and it looks spectacular very clean and tidy and if youo need medication delivered they do that if you need a medication quickly they do that they will do everything in their will to help you no matter the problem highly recommend very nice people.......
Shicking!!! Why state you are open at 8am when you are still shut at 8:20am. What a joke! People have to pick up presciptions and then go to work and dont need to wait around.
I pick my script up everyday there always polite and friendly always smiling make u feel welcome and talk and make sure ur OK above and beyond thank u

Change opening times on Web site or be punctual,this is a public service ,not good enough
Quick and easy service. Staff are knowledgeable about how to use the NHS database and are polite.
There is a serious issue with the phones. It rings 5 times then goes to voicemail that informs you that no messages can be left. I have been ringing every 10 minutes for two hours.
I go to this chemist tp puck my needs up everyday the staff are friendly helpful and get to know their customers on a more personal level they know my name and always ask how I am and if I need anything I just don't think you get this personal touch anymore due to covid and other factors but Adams staff go above and beyond for each one of their customers I wouldn't want to go anywhere else and if they don't have what u need you can bet they will get it the same day or next day they are all just amazing .
