Having someone’s vehicle for over a month and not looking at it is absolutely ridiculous. Then only talking to the owner of the vehicle brother instead of the actual owner of the vehicle is ridiculous. He has nothing to do with the vehicle. I suggest you get the vehicle done or let her take it somewhere that will actually work on the vehicle. We know why your keeping her car because her brother said she has money well guess what she also has her father and disable brother under her home and raising her kids on her own with a child in college. Don’t play these games.
