Adam and his entire staff are the best.
My starter went out and he had my vehicle picked up, evaluated, and quoted within 2 hours without me having to be around. After that he relentlessly called my warranty provider to get my vehicle approved. Once the charges were approved he had my vehicle fixed in an hour.
Apparently, there are great tacos next door, but he fixed my truck so fast I wasn’t there long enough to get hungry enough to try them.
I will go no where else for any repairs on any of my vehicles.
The entire crew was very professional and very informative. The work that they preformed on my truck was done exceptionally well. I would highly recommend these people.
Went hear to fix a leak in engine. They said it was the engine oil pan leaking and radiator leaking. They fixed it and got my car back. Within one day of receiving my car back I noticed it was still leaking. Took it back, and now they said it was the valve cover gasket and engine oil cooler hose. Now I go to pick it up and they hand me a new estimate for $1250 saying there is another leak that needs to be repaired as well. This is what you call a SCAM!!! Do not go here!!!
The people there were very helpful and friendly. This is the second time I have used their services. Everything was accomplished in good time and to a high standard.
Personable folks, always nice but after their third mistake I will be trying to avoid bringing my vehicles here. Their first mistake was not tightening my oil filter and it stained my driveway for 2weeks until I figured out what was happening. Second, I asked them for a specific oil and they say they used it but when I get into my car the oil can they used is in the trunk and it is not the brand I wanted. Third is minor but when I asked them if they check the car fill the fluids they said yes but they didn’t top off any fluids or add air to my tires when the sensor was on.
I wanted to give them a chance but I take my vehicles in to be professionally serviced and the lack of attention to the small things has turned me off from this shop.
I’m giving this business two stars because other than the owner (Adam), they have exceptional customer service, at least in person anyways. I went in because my car was squealing while driving and braking, which they found to be a rotor and brake pad issue in the front of the car, so I paid for them to install a rotor and brake kit as well as brake shoes/pads. I drove home after they were finished with my car, and at about the halfway point (approx. 30 mins), the emergency brake light came on— turns out that one of their workers didn’t remove the emergency brake prior to handing it over to me. Shortly after I took off the emergency brake, I noticed the car shaking a little bit and also lightly squealing, so I called them and they said to bring it back. When I went back the following day, they said that a wheel bearing was bad and they wanted to move my front hubcap to the rear, but that the damage wasn’t due to the emergency brake being on for about 30 mins. As a matter of fact, Adam personally told me that damage wasn’t possible driving with the emergency brake on and didn’t even apologize for his worker leaving it on in the first place! I asked him for a refund but it was met with strong resistance, at least initially. Adam even started laughing at me and then subsequently ignored me (after starting out with constantly interrupting). That’s because he knows that it was their fault for the wheel bearing going bad, regardless of whether it was on the front (which they supposedly replaced the front rotor/brake set and should’ve noticed it then) or in the rear (which the emergency brake being left up could’ve strongly contributed at the very least). On top of that, they charged me $125 for a “hubcap wheel and replace” even though they took off the REAR hubcap and didn’t even care to put it back on. Adam is a lying cheat and will scam you out of your money!!!
I usually don't leave reviews but after talking to Shiloh yesterday. She made me feel comfortable especially being a single female
And need car repairs came in today and got my car worked on and Adam was very nice honest friendly and the price is very reasonable I definitely will will be going back here and they also have fun at work too and that's always good in the workplace.
